After staying for 13+ years with Pai Comforts, the decline since 5 years is unacceptable. My Deluxe Room had stained linen with hair, unhygienic blankets, a non-working fridge, inconsistent hot water, empty dental kit box, and even a missing door latch. Past issues like long-term door key failures and withdrawn services (e.g., newspapers) add to the disappointment. Their only response was a ₹132 food discount as compensation for the torture n tolerance, which felt insulting. To highlight, i refused their 132/- favour and paid entire bill. Their best staff have also left them. Not recommended for corporates, families, or long-stay guests.

I really loved the hospitality of the staff and their services were really commendable. I really recommend this hotel. The restaurant too was so good and the staffs of the hotel too were so nice. Food was amazing. I had a very pleasant stay.

Best hotel within our budget in the prime city area. Morning breakfast is very great. Lunch and dinner veg, non veg both are very tasty andhra style. Central mall is few meters away. I personally stayed twice in April 2025 and july 2025. Both times I enjoyed the stay. Room was spacious, clean, bathroom was hygiene and clean.

Excellent budget hotel for family. Centrally located near by shopping areas like jp nagar, jay a nagar, close to good restaurants. Breakfast quality is also good. Overall excellent service.

the rooms are basic but clean. I had an issue with my bathroom which suddenly started stinking of sewage. they tried to rectify it but nothing worked. they initially said they didn't have other rooms to shift me into but later gave me a new room which was more spacious

It's a good hotel but lift is too small to accommodate a wheel chair. Breakfast has lot of south indian varieties which is a plus point. Location wise too it's quite good. Reception is in basement which is bit of a minus point for them. Overall good hotel for family and business

Room was compact, good ac, great tasty food, nice hot water for bathing, but only the lighting in the room could have been brighter, according to me. For some this lighting could be sufficient

On a serious Note it's better to skip this central mall subway, price is little bit high compared to rest of the subway- don't Know why?? People's are not trained well,Serving is disgusting. Just waste of money !! Service is not good.

It's a nice place... U can have nice fun oly with a nice huge group... The games and music played are very nice... There is musical chairs... And a exchange kind of game played... Food served is very average especially here.. Oly vegetarian... In which I liked only pay bhaji and paneer curry.....

As its tagline says " ye Restaurant nahi, ek anubhav hai" thats for sure true. Food was okay, but the ambience and fun was amazing. All the people are playing dandiya, then dancing on a rajasthani folk song and then Punjabi Dhol.

This place offers a great ambience of a typical village and also has a good variety of authentic Indian food to choose from. Their buffet includes everything starting from chats and starters to main food and desserts with goal. Try the hot jalebis and the poha.
