Worst Hotel. Dirty pillows and wash room. Worst attitude. Location is good and there is also parking space. Rest everything is bad.

Kailash park Boutique is the worstest hotel and never ever visits this place. I had the Worst experience..... I booked a room before the check-in time before leaving Pune assuming that my payment is done and I got a confirmation message too however when I reached there my room was already given to another couple when I asked the assistant he asked to wait for one hour so that he could clean and give me because the couple had come just for one hour. So I waited but finally I did not get the room and the assistant was very rude ,me being a female he directly said I will not give you do whatever you want ,so I suggest you all never ever visit this hotel. Kailash Park Boutique is the worst hotel.

Please Avoid. Place is not even 1% close the images shown. It is dingy, filthy and full of foul smell. The floor and walls are stained. Bedsheet I as torn from multiple places. I booked the hotel from OYO for the night (though I was planning to stay for 5 hours - I had to take an early morning flight from the airport). When I checked in around 10:00 PM, I was told that the place is sold out for the night and I luckily got the last room which they have. I could barely stay for couple of hour and decided it would be better to go to airport and wait. I booked the place from OYO platform. Totally disappointed in OYO rooms for listing such a place. I do not think they care anymore for the customer experience.

This is a fake hotel....oyo didn't share their location or any contact no.the whole day ...only they pressurized for full payment where we have given the advance payment for 3 days ..We searched it till 11 o'clock at night then after so much of difficulty the customer care boy given a contact no. of a guy who said that he will pick us from a prescribed another hotel at 11.30...till then also no location... very pathetic.....oyo just looted Rs8000 from us....I think we could be robbed by them at night if we have listened .....thanks to the cab driver who managed a safe and good hotel...

Pocket friendly stay in sakinaka.Situated in somewhat filthy area but the rooms are clean.OK for a budget one day stay.
