Recently had a 1 night stay at this hotel with my friend. If you're a Malaysian, this hotel is just situated 1.2km to the embassy so you can walk there. Great value for mone. Nice staff.

It's at a central location, but the rooms are unclean and the staff is rude. You can do better.

The hotel’s staff is friendly, managing guest needs with courtesy. Rooms are neat, but issues like loose fittings persist. The ambiance is energetic, though corridors get crowded. Amenities like the spa are average, needing organization. Support is responsive but slow to resolve. It’s a thik thak place for a brief visit, could use more attention to upkeep. I’ll ponder booking again, as it’s functional but has room for refinements.

This is the most discrimination based place they discriminate people based on their religion which is very negative they say law doesn't allow different religions people to stay together I don't know about which law they are talking I and my boyfriend are from goa and had come form some business work they said many other things like age is a problem while I'm 20 and my bf is 25 I don't understand where they have studied that 20s in india are underage the worst hotels ever that I have visited .

The location of this hotel is good. Open and spacious environment. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff was helpful with a smiling face, especially Tejaswini security associate from the security department. The food was also good. Would recommend this hotel for their services. The hotel is just 5 to 10 minutes away from the airport. The city of Amritsar is very beautiful and also visited Sri Darbar Sahib.
