From a Japanese perspective, it's terrible. In fact, I'm quite certain that the water here caused me stomach problems, so if the cap doesn't make a clicking sound when you open it, throw it away. There's a high probability that it's tap water. On the other hand, the fact that you can leave your luggage there was a plus.

Two people cleaned the room for us. There are restaurants nearby, and a Starbucks in the neighborhood. It was such a comfortable stay that we ended up staying for multiple nights!

Male 32yr, stayed here on 30th January 2026 for 1 night. Check in took quite long and alot of questions about my time in India. Where I'd come from, where I was going, where I had stayed prior, reason for my trip etc. found it quite suspicious and almost interrogation like. Asked why I was being asked these questions and receptionist did not answer. Took pictures on a phone & photo copies of my passport & visa. Found it strange.
Room was fine, quiet, fairly clean, everything seemed to work ok. I was only there for about 6 hours in total as had to leave around 3am to catch a flight, and of that I was out most of the time enjoying Juhu beach as the hotel isn't too far from it. Chose this hotel due to close proximity to the airport & Juhu beach and somewhere to house my luggage. Value for money was ok, especially if I'd stayed till check out. Security gate with a security guard so felt quite safe, just off a main road so getting a taxi isn't difficult, stores & shops close by.

Basically this Hotel was booked on separate dates because of full house occupancy. But the Hotel Columbus management was very kind to book me on the Same room without hassle free of shifting. TQ and Kudos for their hospitality. Indeed they have wonderful and a mighty service to their customers. Wish them Good luck 🍀 at

Very good hotel near and airport can also be reached fast. Very good locality and the restaurant here is very good with yummy food. The vile Parle station is walkable distance. The staff could be more friendly. The rooms are clean and worth the price.

Location wise good , food on avg too costly , I took breakfast the quality of breakfast was not very satisfactory. Rooms are clean but very small, bathroom too small.

It’s a nice place. Good location. Courteous staff. Food in the Restraunt Radhe krishna also good. Very close to T1 and 15 mins from T2. I think it’s a good place for business travellers.

Nice restaurant with friendly staff and good food, Wonderful Food Options in Vegetarian as well as Non-Vegetarian Food,car parking is an issue, Mocktails and Cocktails are served, hard drinks and liquor is also served,Nice place to visit with Family and Friends, Casual place to hangout with friends and colleagues also

Nice service. This place is open till 1. The staff is quick and prompt. No problem of change like in other joints. The pizza pasta and other food is delicious. Value meals are also worth a try. The place was also cleaned properly at regular intervals. Wait can be long for order if there is too much queue.
