Hotel Golden galaxy in Mumbai

The location is not good. The room is really small. First day check in the bathroom was smelling bad and no hot water to take bath. When ask to change the room the manager said that this is possible only the next day.
The next day when we changed the room that was more awful so many cockroaches in the room and in the bathroom. When I told the Manager they were just making fun of us despite that I gave them proof of those creatures in the room.
The staff and not really not friendly. One of them even told me that why I am giving only small tips and I am spending lots of money on shopping?
In my opinion the owner has to take good note of my comments and groom the staff accordingly and has to revamped the cleanliness of his property.

The service of the hotel is poor. No window in the room. TV was not working. The noise from outside could be heard in the room as it'll disturb your sleep. Room rates are higher as per the hotel's service.

Don't stay in this hotel because it's fully with mosquito and staff service is too bad. However, room are also too small and they showing online photo good and originally it's to bad.

I would share my review with the following points:

1. Service - Very Bad service & very slow. Even they take half an hour to just give you one towel.

2. Food - Breakfast is not complementary. You have to pay extra for it.

3. Behaviour - Behaviour of the Reception guy is utterly disappointing. He has no etiquette of talking to the customers, very rude & language is very bad.

4. Rooms - Rooms are okay. Not very good according to the price they are charging for a night.

5. Washroom - Geyser was not working, and when I informed him, he just told me 'apko to phle bolna chahie, ab thodi electrician aega, bla bla bla'. The thing is I can take shower anytime, it may be morning, noon or night, this is not an excuse, then why are you charging this money for the room??

6. Cleanliness - We stayed for two days, no cleaning was done for the room, towels not given fresh in the morning, etc. Everything I ask, they just deny. Also, there were lot of small cockroaches in the washroom & room too.

Everything I say was bad. I don't recommend going here in any way.
