The room was small but clean, and it's very close to the MRT station.

Upon check-in, the room was clean and exactly as pictured and described. However, the next day, renovations began next to my room, leading to noise, dirt, and dust. Additionally, there was no hot water for the entire two days I stayed there. It's an okay option for a one-night stay, suitable for less demanding and more resilient travelers.

The hotel is absolutely overpriced and not even remotely worth the money.

I'm used to and happy to spend a little more on an Asia trip, but the room was a disaster and far too expensive for what it offered in India.

This is coming from 14 years of backpacking experience in Asia!

Not only was there mold and damp on the walls, but the hotel had also cut the tiles in the hallway, and dust was constantly being tracked under the door and into the entire room.

This hotel is not recommended for solo travelers or small families – stay away.

The only positive was that the staff was very friendly and helpful!

Location is great. Less than 5 minutes walk from Grant road metro station. All the staffs were friendly and showed good attitude. Rooms are very clean. Bed sheet, towels, pillows are changed every day. Good value for money considering the prime location and room service. Cons: No kettle provided No dental kits provided

Kind of new building stay with reasonable price staff all good and one suggestion will be if you can add complementary breakfast. Rooms are new and cleaned very well, atmosphere is good and it located just 600 mtr away from Mumbai Central Railway station. Noise levels are very low despite located in main road.

The location is perfect, close to the metro. Anywhere in Mumbai is a couple of minutes away. You can grab lunch and other groceries nearby. The staff is friendly and quickly resolved all our requests. The rooms are clean and free of insects. The walls are plastered, so guests might bump into them with a suitcase or something. But that's not the hotel's fault. They can't repaint the rooms after every guest. Our room was a bit cramped, but that's our problem. We knew what we were getting into. The hotel is great value for money. THANK YOU to the staff!!!

This is our second time at the hotel. It's a great location, clean, and the breakfasts are excellent, as is the rooftop restaurant, which we almost always eat there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.
