We stayed overnight from 12 am to 8 am. The rooms and bathroom are very small, but very clean. We didn't need big rooms just to sleep, anyways. On our limited interactions with the staff, found them to be cooperative. The location is the ISp, very close to the airport, about 25 minutes during the morning rush hours. Overall, a good ace for overnight rest.

Worst services. Do not recommend. The front office staff is least bothered after you check in. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Disgusting. Stayed in room no 403. The owner Raisa is lying. Stayed there for 3 days.

Really Superbb Experience in Hotel Airport Annex, As We Tripped 1st Time In Mumbai... We r not aware about Hotels... As search on google we got this hotel showing good rates and room pic. We finally booked it for 1 day, but we got such decent hospitality with Delicious North Indial Desi Dal Roti (Phulka) , can't express in word.... Felt as I am in my House not Hotel..... Heartly Recommend 💟

My stay at Hotel Airport Annex was very pleasant. The service was excellent—staff were helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. One of the best things about this hotel is its location: it is very close to Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, which makes it extremely convenient for travelers. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!

We, a family of 4 stayed at this hotel for about a week during our visit to Mumbai. The location is calm yet easily accessible with greenery all around. Rooms were clean and hygiene was maintained throughout, tariff was reasonable too. Regarding animals, yes there are cats around but harmless and they are only in the compound, didn't see them inside the hotel ever, so there's no issue of hygiene if that's a concern. The staff too were super friendly and were helpful and nice to talk to, especially Ms Rayeesa and Mr Ajay . All in all, highly recommended and will definitely want to stay here again!

Good,
worth it as price and quality, bed to some of improvements as usual staff cleaning and surrounded area. Otherwise OK and good no issues, good service, need little bit fast, waiter should await there and aware about customers attention, to be attentive. . Infra good maintained. Need more Parking area , Good area location distances here as well transits.

Seriously, do not visit if you are a outsider (Not Indian), i've had. horrible experience from the check in time, to giving my laundry and even upon checking out the hotel. So when i first came, the staffs acted like the owners and asked me to remove my shoes or they would not let me enter the hotel because the guy was moping the floor. Very unimpressive. They overpriced me for my laundry even after agreeing on a certain price just because i don't know the language and when i asked for the manager they said they would call the cops on me as the laundry is out of the hotel system. I gave the money in fear!!! Lastly, when i was checking out at 1.00AM no one helped me even after seeing me struggle taking my bags out from the lift. I advise the management to check all CCTV Footage for any doubts. I would never visit this place again not even for FREE!

Extremely great food. Suggested specially for south people's. Special traditional Kerala food in Wednesday's.

Economical, decent mallu food. This pace can be your daily place for lunch. Bachelor Mallu's will not miss their house back in Kerala. You will get unlimited thali for Rs.70 all week. On Wednesday the cost will be Rs. 100.

*Food is ok, tastes ok,
*4-5 tables only.
*Customer service ( quick response) is good.
*No need to wait for long time for food.
*Price is cheap. (For one person less than ₹200)
*Most of the time "today's special" menu unavailable.

Cons:
*Not clean (Tables, Glasses, Plates) sticky.
*Kitchen is conjested .
*Hand wash area is nearly fit a person.
*And the hand wash area is dirty&untidy.
*If you are planning to go for a "Onam Sadya" this is may not be a right choice,

NB: Anyway sometimes I felt this one is better than a overpriced Kerala restaurant in the same location.
