I would say the hotel is decent, with clean rooms and a reasonable price. Considering the usual rush in Mumbai, it’s a good choice overall. The reception staff are Malayalis, which was an added comfort for me.

Worst Staff kindly don't ever book this Hotel at any cost
And especially don't book in Go-ibibo they are showing 3.8 rating on this Hotel where as in other sites it's 2.2 rating overall.

Not worthy for the money. There were no brush toothpaste in the room. Toilets were not clean. May not be opting next time.

The staff is very arrogant and rude and the service is worst. Without your permission the staff opens your room for cleaning which is threat to your luggage. The location of the hotel is also worst it is located in an isolated place where you will have to face difficulty to search for cabs. Don’t stay in this hotel

Very bad condition of room and hotel, dilapidated building, stinky cockroaches in room, misleading pictures photos hoped. Very bad. Not fit for stay.
