Counter management was the worst. We were staying there and the counter manager walked in and straightly entered our room and was asking for money in a bhaigiri/dadagiri tone. It was the worst experience i faced by make my trip

This hotel is used for complete activity. This not recommended for the commercial stay. Then room in the photo is complete different and very bad room when i saw the room. In the upcoming trip i am not using your apo for the stay. I need refund of the payment

The hotel is very basic for people who go for work in bk c it is very comfortable, facilities is very poor, not even a complimentary water for stay, bath rooms everything is very old and not maintained well

No remote control for ac available, no lift in the hotel. Even the phone is not working for room service.

Breakfast quality is very poor. So we used to order food for lunch and dinner from zomato. Room was smelly and found found cockroaches.
