Very Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience
My recent stay at this hotel was extremely unpleasant and disappointing. The overall service was very poor and completely unprofessional. The reception staff were rude, uncooperative, and showed no willingness to assist guests properly. Basic courtesy and hospitality were completely missing.
The rooms were very dirty and poorly maintained. Cleanliness standards were unacceptable, which made the stay highly uncomfortable. On top of that, there is no lift facility in the hotel, which creates serious inconvenience, especially for families, elderly guests, or anyone carrying luggage.
This hotel does not meet even basic hospitality standards. I strongly advise everyone not to book this hotel to avoid wasting money and spoiling your trip.

Worst hotel ever and the manager is the worst human being alive.
We were there with a cancer patient and in a state of miserliness, the manager was very rude he even declined to accept money other than cash and loudly argued and made our Mumbai experience worst.
Won't recommend anyone to go to this hotel untill you have the dire urgency and problem like we had.

We have already reserved the rooms one week before.We have visited early hours on 26/12/25.Hotel staff is so polite and they guided very well.our stay about 2 days was very comfortable with FAMILY and children.They have arranged Mumbai darshan bus also.They suggested us to visit night time view of Marine drive and early hours visiting of Siddi Vinayaka Temple.Office boys also helped a lot for luggage shifting.First time visiting of Mumbai trip gathered many memories.Finally thank you SACHIN BHAYYA at Aroma Receiption.since from day 1 you have helped us a lot thank you.we suggest this hotel under the guidance of Sachin bhayya

Very bad rooms, don’t ever stay. Staff is arrogant. I stayed for Business trip, but pathetic experience. Rooms smell & are very dirty. AC was making sound. Fan had missing regulator nob & it was running only on highest speed. Bathroom was dirty too. The only positive is the location of the property, rest it was pathetic experience.

Compared to nearby hotels, the price here was a bit lower, and their service was very good. Although Their behavior was very helpful. However, there is no elevator to reach the rooms, so you have to use many stairs, which is very tiring.

It's a four flight walk up with no lift. My duvet cover was shredded and had what was either food or a bloodstain on it. The sheets were stained and had multiple cigarette burns. I got flea bites in the first hour of staying on my hands, arms and legs. Please don't stay here.

The room is not the same as the picture it s really bad and they stole my money cause I did not stay there more than 1 day but I payed already and didn’t get refund and nothing.
Worst hotel in India…and I see a lot of bad one in 5 years travelling.

Worst Service ever and its getting worse day by day. I woulf prefer eating Omlet Paav at a local vendor but never would visit this place again. Food quality is marginally good but service is the cherry on the cake.
Most important no parking and if ur vehivle gets towed, hotel management turns deaf ears towards ur apathy.

Food is awesome. Mutton rara was delicious. Ambiance is good. No complementary items with drinks. Should be added.

Awesome food and service ......also nearby the Dadar station......prices are not too high means pocket friendly rates

Poor management. Not a single waiter ready to help you. Food quality suspect. Burnt food sent to the table after 50 minutes when the number of table occupied weren't even 50%. Did not order anything after that.
