I recently stayed at Hotel Aksa International for three days and had a very positive experience. The highlight of my stay was definitely the exceptional service.
When I noticed the geyser in my room wasn't working, the staff handled it perfectly. They didn't just promise to fix it; they proactively brought me hot water in the meantime to ensure I was comfortable. The repair was completed quickly, and the staff remained professional and polite throughout. It’s a nice hotel with a team that truly cares about their guests. Highly recommended!

Place is swarming with Cockroaches. There's this foul smell that will give you headaches. I stayed for a few days because I booked in advance and i regretted it badly. Terrible place. No housekeeping nothing

Absolutely nonsense service and property. Cockroach in the room all over. For Basic facility like towel, water , No parking facility . Hotel staff couldn't arrange tv setup box no recharge

Absolutely nonsense service and property. Cockroach in the room all over. For Basic facility like towel, water , you have to beg. Hotel staff couldn't arrange a cup of tea, by saying now milk.

Rooms /Toilet were clean. All Toilet Fittings were good, AC functioning was good. Rooms were small and perfect for small Business stay OR Airport (T2) Arrival/Departure. All staff were cooperative.

Rooms are very small no ventilation. Not at all good. We can hear water going from pipe line in the walls. They have included breakfast but only one choice upma. I will recommended this hotel.

Worst Hotel ever seen in Mumbai. Room shown in photo are totally different. Too small rooms are there. Awkward smell was coming from the room. There were small and big cockroaches in the room. Breakfast was totally worst bad smell was coming from the food also. Hotel is in one building on 6th floor. So be carefull for that also. Personally I would recommend NOT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL AKSA INTERNATIONAL. Which is part of FAB HOTELS

one of the worst hotel i have ever seeen no room service is provided rooms has 20/30 small insects in the rooms 3 rd class hotel vahaiyat do not visit this

The AC in our room was not working and the room was baking in the sunny weather of Mumbai and the manager didn't pay heed to our numerous complaints, we asked him to change the room which he didn't do and took the entire money for the booking at the beginning of the stay itself. It was the most difficult stay I have ever had in a while.

Only location is good...photo share on the site is of the complex... hotel is some part of the 6th floor...we have to go early morning at 7am...so even if we had selected room with Breakfast they haven't provide even tea or nothing......
poor service.....we have paid 3700 for a day for 3person which seems costly....room is having no tea ketli, and provide shampoo of 1rs pouche and soap of very small...photos attached...room having lots of cohcrohaes.....and also suffocating room.
