Rang Sharda in Mumbai

friends booked two rooms on our behalf, as we were attending a wedding. Arrived early morning, taken to room, where we found bedsheets dirty, bathroom door broken and woodwork rotted with cockroaches on the door. To our disgust we went to make a cup of tea using the kettle provide , to our astonishment we found cockroaches in there as well. We called up room service, they came apologised, took the kettle away and brought it back washed. We went to check on our kids, surprise surprise cockroaches in their room as well. For obvious reason we decided to leave. Spoke to desk and were told my friend would get his money back. When my friend went back to complain and to get his money back they refused. Would not recommend this hotel at ALL

Dirty hotel staff was was very rude too wen we got in hotel there was had availability to check in early but the *** with glasses behind the reception said 10am because at 10 am wen gave us keys for rooms they close the hot water till 6pm again which was disgusting service if you have been traveling need a shower wen you get in hotel but cant shower because it doent come on again tell 6pm then after checking in the dirty rooms we cam down asked for wifi the lady said no wifi on your floor sorry but was wifi on 10 floor 11 floor and rest but not on 9 floor then i flipped no hot water no wifi and said this service is disgusting hotel tile s are not white as should be mouldy in the bed wat are made up mouths baths all stained they are not treating the people from uk the way they treat people from there which isnt right every one should be treated equally no mater ever your from extra charge alway our way .

I came at 9PM and learned that there is no Wifi. At that moment I need Wifi for business so I cancelled the booking but did not get refund. I bookes another hotel urgently and wasted the money

The property is old and neglected. Absolutely no maintenance. All wood work whether doors, window frames, side tables etc. Are rotting.
