we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. although the rooms were not very spacious, they were always comfortable and pleasant to stay in. housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard. the staff were consistently polite and friendly. it was also great to have a restaurant in the hotel with really delicious food. the gym was always clean, and all the equipment felt new. highly recommend!

I have stayed at Sarovar Portico every year for last 10 years and can say I have had a very comfortable stay. The staff from the front desk to kitchen staff, and at the restaurant are been very helpful specially Supriya, Jayesh, Jay, Bhagyesh and Teena went out of their way to provide prefect service. Thanks to all the staff.

Overall the hotel is nice. Rooms could have been better though. Pillow is very uncomfortable. Breakfast spread is good, with good service by the staff namely Supriya, Jayesh, Jay and Bhagyesh.

Rooms were cleaned, spacious and organized. Atmosphere and vibe was great.location is very convenient, closed to almost everything you need in daily life. Front desk staff are professional and made check in and check out process so easy and fast. Morning breakfast was excellent in selections and tasty. Staff in the breakfast room, specially Supriya, Jayesh, Bhagyesh and Jay were very friendly with the guests and service was quick. Breakfast menu was changed every day with variety of healthy food choices. We will definitely consider staying here in future. Thanks

The hotel breakfast wasn't to my taste (lots of Indian food), but the other breads and other items were quite delicious. The hotel staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly, especially the night shift staff after 10 PM. Even though I don't speak English very well, they patiently helped me resolve issues using a translator. They also made arrangements for my early morning arrival. The hot water was excellent, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Been here for Valentine's Day dinner. Great ambience. It's outdoor so if you are used to an air con environment then u may not like it. It's on the 2nd floor not too high up. There was karaoke that night but for some reason only the organisers were singing and not encouraging the guest to sing. The crab puff and butter chicken dishes were good. Desert could have been better.
