It was a very small but cosy hotel ideal for a business trip for about 1-2 days.The room and bathroom were very very small but clean.The restaurant was also quite small and the range of food at the breakfast buffet was limited. The pickup and dropoff at/to the airport were very smooth.The hallmark of this hotel was its very friendly helpful and smiling staff!Definitely worth staying again for a trip of 1-2 days

Dragonfly Art hotel was clean , comfortable and quiet on the 5th floor , the support staff on the 5th went out of their way to look after us . Definitely return again for our next stay Mr Chris

The hotel feels like a different kinda hotel and not a professional one. The room stinks. The guy in the reception is super rude. "Either you stay of leave, I don't care but I will make sure there is no refund." I am not sure how they are still running this place.

We had requested for Airport shuttle before the journey started and we received personal msg from hotel to confirm that it will be available. We had sent the flight itinerary. Though the flight landed late and baggage claim took time driver patiently waited for few hrs till we came out. We were well received at the reception. Breakfast area was cosy and food variety was excellent. Stay was comfortable and location very close to the airport took less than 15 minutes to reach. Stayed there for only 1 night. They took us back to Airport at the early hrs of the morning as well.

We Organised a small birthday Celebration . It was difficult to book due to rude behavior of Event Manager and Hotel staff attitude. We Took screen presentor as value addition at 1k to Run Taylor Swift Eras tour. Couldn't run Taylor Swift Eras Tour as they didn't have paid subscription hence we asked for refund. They didn't give moneyback saying it was our fault and made us chase between hotel and event co-ordinator. Unprofessional behaviour from Dragonfly staff and Event co-operator.

Great hotel and staff very pleasant. Breakfast was brilliant. Only 2 days of cold shower even after you put on the geezer switch. Luckily the weather was very warm so a cold shower was ok for us.

He is extremely professional, attentive, and courteous, ensuring every detail was taken care of with great efficiency. His proactive approach and warm hospitality made my stay truly comfortable and memorable. Arpan is an asset to the hotel, and I would highly recommend Dragonfly Hotel to anyone looking for a place where guest satisfaction is genuinely prioritized.

The service was very poor. The time it took for service was very long. We saw customer leaving after placing the orders as order was not delivered. We patiently waited for our order. We had ordered a meal for 4 but in came in piece meal. The tomato basil soup was not go to the mark. The veg pizza also didn't meet our pizza hut expectations. Hope you guys get better

The taste of pizza hut is unbeatable as always, but th garlic breads which were served proirly were awesome, now that has been changed which should not have been. Nevertheless th pizzas and the updated menu is to die for, th desserts and th mocktails are too quite yummy & challenging. This venue is also quite chic and has gus seating space. Parking is also available but it's charged. V next to my house so it's always on our list for dining out. It has huge rush on weekends and peak hours so plan accordingly. Enjoy pizzas .

Had the most value for money breakfast buffet I've ever had. With 400+/person, they serve options of good indian and western breakfast. The service was great, very responsive and courteous.
