It’s worth the money. Get a good nights sleep and if you want to be around Malad it’s a decent stay. The breakfast is really good.
The key card times out though and needs re done every day but other than that it’s a decent stay.
They aren’t reachable via phone mind so it’s a bit of a task getting through their phone line if you go via the website.

Spacious rooms, great connectivity to Western suburbs, excellent breakfast spread, and perfect for travellers looking for comfort without overspending. The bathrooms need some fixing and cleaning plus the duvet was stained when we checked in. The location and parking facilities are good.

I am writing this review following my wife's baby shower function on 11 May 2025 in the Ball room. I would like to really thank all the staff who were very pro active and on their toes when it came to service. The ambience was wonderfull and food was delicious. I would like to specially call out a few names of the staff/ managers who deserve it: 1) Sunil Shetty: Who made sure the event went very smoothly while continously being there with going that extra mile to help with some of the south indian rituals for baby shower as well as interacting with the family members. This is highly appreciated and thanks for that. 2) Kaustubh again was someone who i was co ordinating during the inital days for booking. He helped me with menu finalization and recommended some dishes which got nice feedback from the guests. HIghly appreciated. The Chicken biryani, Chicku Halwa and dahi wada was super additions over and above our menu, which was suggested by him. 3) Also thanks to harish shetty for showing the hall during my first visit. I would really recommend Hotel Sai palace Grand, Malad to any one for small or big functions as the location is good, lovely ambience, delicous spread of food and good vendor (Jitu) for stage decor / music etc.

The bedsheet and glasses are stained. Mosquitoes in the room….expected the room to be neat and clean but had to inform staff. This was disappointing, had very high expectations…………………………………………………………………………………………………… …………………. ……………….

I stayed at the hotel from 17th March to 2nd April. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service. Despite requesting a split invoice for personal and official expenses, I was informed that my bill had already been closed on 31st March—without my consent or prior discussion. When I raised the issue, Richard from the staff responded rudely and unprofessionally, placing the blame on me for not informing them at check-in. I requested contact details for hotel management to escalate the issue, but this was refused. I also sent multiple emails following up, but received no response. The lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff is simply not acceptable. Would not recommend for business travelers who expect basic service standards.

Booked for my husband and son for 11 nights. Best to contact by email for bookings. Very difficult to contact on phone or face to face. Overall Service is very good and Rooms are very clean and beds comfortable. A good pleasant stay. Professional staff.Highly recommend.

This is a typical bar. It is a decent size place which has a small outdoor seating arrangement too. I ordered a biryani and got served fried rice. Apparently that is biryani here.

home delivery is too pathetic however I tried explaining he could not understand and also delayed the food was in a very bad condition and also leaked out of container it spoiled our programe we had to order from another hotel at last when we called the manager ranjit he said it comes this way only... do not recommend to anyone pls don't goo

Took my date to dinner here. Food taste was good and staff was polite but no hygiene whatsoever. There was a cockroach flying there on the table all of a sudden and fell on the dish. Staff replaced it but looking at it flying around the table killed the appetite even when we were trying to forget that fiasco.

Pathetic online service: today after ordering online called them after one hour to confirm them that if the order is been dispatch or no the guy replied me that he haven't seen the order yet then he said it will take another 45 minutes to reach from malad to kandivali if this is way they wanna do then why to take orders online finally the order was cancelled
