The hotel is near Sion bus stop. The rooms are small, but decent. Staffs are very good. If you ask for breakfast they can provide you the same and that's very very tasty. Overall a decent stay. Though they have space constraints, the place is nearly kept and once again, room service is good.

Excellent stay. Friendly staff amazing service. Cocktails on rooftop bar and live music in their restaurants. A culture hotel with great crowd. Rooms are clean and Covid protocols in place. Indian food is good. Breakfast is basic but does the job!

Stayed only One night Good Location Clean serving good breakfast. Has poorly designed entrance to the hotel. Decent Rooms. The hotel is located at Pali hill area (Pali Naka) which gives access to the shopping and dining highlights of Bandra suburbs.

I had booked it through online hotel website. It took around 20 min to reach from the airport. The hotel is nice. Room was good. Bathroom were clean. Facility in the room were all basic. Complimentary breakfast was nice. They have roof top restaurant and a bar. The staff were very kind and polite. Good place to stay. You feel like home as the staff are very nice and helpful

They have decent rooms. At this price point and location, it is one of the very good options. Also, they do have banquet halls with 100-150 people capacity. Also, they arrange for cab service if you're a tourist visiting Mumbai.

Since I was going to another city in India, I chose to stay at a hotel near the airport. This hotel is suitable for travelers with connecting flights. I didn't have any special requirements for the breakfast.

Everything was very good. Terrific staff and good room. However I arrived after a nearly 25 hour flight from Toronto Canada at around 4 in the morning Your night staff was less than curtious and helpful with the 'not my job's attitude

Hotel is clean but there is no proper parking available for cars. also rooms are small need more facility to customers. also ambiance is average not much attention to customer.

Property was right next to the Mumbai Terminal 1 airport and they gave me complimentary airport drop as well. Staff was well trained and polite. Extremely good experience.

The hotel is very good, with a comfortable stay and great overall experience. The staff is polite and helpful. I would especially like to appreciate one of the staff members, Dhruv Engale. He is a very kind and humble person who serves food with great care and treats guests very gently. His behavior truly made our experience even better.

I always stay at Hotel Mumbai House. I prefer their F&B and House keeping service. Also there Food is very tasty. Specially, Dhrup Ingale provided very good F&B service. I suggest anybody can prefer to stay here, if like to stay near Andheri.

Room is good size . .Bed is big and comfy. 10 min from airport. There are many food outlets there.

The room was spotless, the staff were always helpful and on point. Fresh water, tea and coffee each day. A large, quiet room. And a very quaint elevator, retaining the original feel of the building. Wonderful staff who helped when my elderly father was sick. We stayed in a large family room, watch feels like a mini apartment, ideal for a family of three or four.. This is our second stay here.. The staff remembered us fondly from last year..it is located in a quiet, beautiful part of Mumbai and the hotel itself is an historic building..Will certainly stay again next time my family is in Mumbai

Firstly: I paid for an Indian friends room who checked in day after, but when she checked in they made her pay the room one more time, which was really embarrassing since I had promised her to pay for the room. Secondly: I fell sick and posted don't disturb sign on door, the staff wake me up 2 times, knocking and ringing doorbell.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. It seems to be a historic building, but it's undeniable that the facilities are a bit outdated. The breakfast was simple and just average.

The hotel was in a very central location. They told us that the hot water is only on during certain times. The breakfast buffet was decent. The staff at the hotel was very nice & helpful.

This hotel is an old hotel that could use an update. With that being said it was quite comfortable to stay in. The room was clean and in a great location. The staff was very good and the young lady who was the concierge was exceptional. She helped set up a tour for us when our hired guide did not show.

Location exactly at Santa Cruz metro station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is yummy. All the services are excellent. Staff is very polite. Prepared and provided food as per our requests. Right outside the Santa Cruz metro station. Good breakfast, spacious, clean rooms. Good service as well. They're hesitant about unmarried couples and may not admit them.

I have stayed there multiple times. The smoking room was an issue as the smell was smoke was filled in the room and I only got that room even being a non smoker. But the breakfast is really good
