I recently stayed at Regency Hotel. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. The rooms were very clean and hygienic, which is always my top priority while booking a stay. The room size was decent, not too small, not overly spacious either, just comfortable enough. However, the property does feel slightly dated. Some of the bathroom tiles were chipped and the cupboards looked a bit old. That said, despite the older interiors, the cleanliness was well maintained.
The location is right next to a metro station, which is convenient for commuting, but the immediate surrounding area didn’t feel very family friendly, especially at night. The guest parking space is also quite limited, which could be inconvenient if you are traveling by car. As for the food, room service was average, and quite a few menu items were unavailable. The sandwich was really good, but the biryani was just okay. The highlight of the stay was definitely the breakfast buffet, with great variety and well prepared dishes. Overall, a decent stay mainly because of the cleanliness and breakfast experience.

Location exactly at Santa Cruz metro station.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is yummy. All the services are excellent. Staff is very polite. Prepared and provided food as per our requests. We stayed with parents and kids and enjoyed the stay and food.

Right outside the Santa Cruz metro station. Good breakfast, spacious, clean rooms. Good service as well.

Decent room for couple of nights stay..
Breakfast was excellent.
Staff was helpful and cooperative.
Room cleanliness was not up to the expectation..
It was noisy with the renovation going on in the hotel and the traffic on the main road.

The accommodation is very good. It has good connectivity, u can get a cab or bus just outside. The rooms are comfy, air conditioned, clean and well maintained. Tge TV screen is huge with HD subscription but no regional channels. The staff is courteous; laundry is cheap - 30 rs for a shirt. The food however is terrible. Dont order anything from the restaurant not even a coffee, it is pricey and tastes horrible. There are quite a few options nearby for food that you can try. If you are vegetarian there is a restaurant named vihar about 5 mins walk fr the hotel. Try it out. Overall, very good stay, very bad food.

Pathetic, repulsive and downright nauseating. Horribly trained and uneducated staff. Disgusting rooms with terrible bathrooms that have cheap products. The prices they've quoted are simply outrageous. You can stay at much better hotels for the same or even lesser price.

Pathetic hotel but they charge like 5star.
Locality not good, slum everywhere. Rooms are very small with pathetic gali nukad views.
Horribly small bathroom. Food not at all of good quality or taste. But they will charge you like 5star hotel for their food. Unskilled hotel staff. Not at all recommended for anyone.
