It is situated on the road going to Bell Bazar from Kamani Traffic Signal. Difficult to reach from Kurla on Central Line or Andheri on Western line. You will be at the mercy of rickshaw drivers. ₹30 per person is charged by share rickshaw from Kurla station West. Even their staff don't help when you call for landmark or how to reach there. One should go for it only when other options are not available

Stayed here for a conference, the staff was polite and helpful, cleanliness was ok. Location is close to the Phoenix Mall and airport which is a plus point for business syays. However tourist spots will require commute. There is no in house restaurant but there is one just across the road so it wasn't too much of a problem. Recommended for business stays. In the beginning we were provided with a horrible room to stay. The room was in a bad state so we got it changed. Firstly: I paid for an Indian friends room who checked in day after, but when she checked in they made her pay the room one more time, which was really embarrassing since I had promised her to pay for the room. Secondly: I fell sick and posted don't disturb sign on door, the staff wake me up 2 times, knocking and ringing doorbell.
