I am currently staying at Eskay Resort, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The service here is absolutely pathetic.
I am paying ₹5,000 per night and receiving service that barely matches a ₹1,000 room. The staff clearly has no understanding of hospitality, and the manager does not know how to speak to or handle guests.
It’s genuinely sad because the property itself is very nice, but the management is completely ruining it. Poor service, poor attitude, and zero professionalism.
This could be a great place, but only if the management is changed. Until then, I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking.

The banquet hall management and experience was terrible. Poor communication and very limited options. The decorator is extremely rude and unprofessional. Only 1 changing room was given between the groom and bride because some random renovation work had to be done. I hope the management takes strict action to improve their planning and overall experience.

The rooms were...mediocre. not worth that price. It was very dirty, the bathrooms were also sticky and dirty. Some stains were not removable, I called them into clean that's when I got to know.

I'm still frowning thinking about my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, things went downhill.
*Service:* The staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping guests. My requests were ignored or took forever to be fulfilled.
*Management:* Seems cl to be missing in action. No one seemed to care about the issues I raised, including the dirty room and faulty AC.
*Cost:* Overpriced for what you get. ₹5,000 a night for a room that looks like it hasn't been updated since the 90s.🤷♂️

Eskay Resort is at walking distance from Eksar metro station. I had the opportunity to visit all the locations within the premises. They have open lawn, rain dance area, swimming pool, small designated swimming pool for wedding functions such as haldi/ mehandi/ pehra. They also have a roof-top area from where the sun set is clearly visible and I was fortunate to witness it. All in all it was very peaceful.
Ohh yes, one very important information - Eskay Resorts have leased out their hotel/ accommodation to a third party, hence, if anyone is planning a wedding here, they have a fabulous property with zero rooms, which needs to be booked at additional cost.

This is not the resort it claims to be — it’s not Eskay Resort, it is operated By MUZA , Mobile number on website is fake. It assumes few staff also part of this blunder. Very disappointing experience! The staff was also rude and unhelpful, and the AC cooling was poor. Overall, the maintenance and service were below standard. Definitely not worth the price — I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
