Hotel Beacon T2 in Mumbai

The room’s ac was constantly leaking, it made the whole room floor wet. The shower wasn’t working properly, the flush was broken. There was some or the other thing wrong in the room. Plus the location is not great, yes it is close to the Airport but the neighbourhood is disgusting

I want money back as must go out of hotel as they has no interent
Also they are very rude expalinig that they sell the room but nto wifi and if i dotn like can go in other hotel

So I must leave hotel, on 27 afternoon at 16,00 .... they not accet return money nothing just tell that i sbetter to stay ther and wait tomorrow

I then must book Holidy Inn wh is more expenive 140 eur / day /// as didnt knwo where to go after this situation in hotel

I chose not to stay at this hotel. The person at reception wasn’t particularly friendly with me. I arrived early and asked to sit in the restaurant while I waited to be checked in. The tables in the restaurant were sticky and dirty. I also asked the reception for a WiFi password while I was waiting and it seemed to be an issue. I was questioned about my laptop and they didn’t have enough WiFi codes. The reception said he would come back to me but didn’t. I felt really frustrated by the way I was treated and left the hotel to find another place to stay. When I told him I would be leaving he was glib and said ok, as if who cares. I would not recommend!

The place is absolutely Filthy, smells like stale water, rooms dirty with stains and rips on bedding and furniture, and the pillows on the bed actually had mould on them.
I had to lay my jacket over the pillow to try and get some sleep as it felt so dirty and unhygienic.

Booked for 3 nights but stayed only 1 night and left because we could not bare how disgusting this place was.
We were literally on the phone booking another hotel within 10 minutes of getting to the room.

Not offered a refund for the remaining days we didn’t stay, and the staff at the hotel didn’t care at all.

Trip.Com also didn’t do anything to help

A massive waste of time and money .
