Hotel Kohinoor Elite near BKC in Mumbai

Excellent stay! The hotel is perfect for groups. I stayed with family and group and it was really superb. All started with Mrs Kajal with hotel booking and reservation. She is very patient and available whenever we phoned her from Mauritius. The staffs are very welcoming, professional and friendly specially... Mr Ramesh the Front Office Manager,
The Chef Swapnil who was veryyyy flexible to do some tailor made food for some participants having special meal request, Mr Manoj at the reception, Mr Sujal always looking at the details at the restaurant, Mr Kalpesh, Mr Pramode, Miss Maitree, Mr Raffick the F&B Manager, Mr Babou, Mr Deepak, Mr Dilip the Chief Security Officer who helped with the bus at thd gate...I, personally stayed for more than 10 days and from Day 1 it was wonderful .The food is good, sometimes mild spicy but adjustment was made and we humbly appreciate this...and the welcome we received made us feel right at home immediately. Five stars all around!"

A good hotel with all meals provided. Rooms were clean and Ms Shaila would clean and restock amenities every morning. We had a great experience. Front desk staff were good. Location is pretty good near a Mall. Will stay again

Stayed at Kohinoor Elite and had a really comfortable experience overall. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and had all the essential amenities needed for a pleasant stay. One of the highlights was the complimentary meals they were really good ,tasty and quite convenient, especially after a long day out in the city. Fantastic hotel only 20-25 min from the airport (this is due to constant Mumbai traffic, not far distance). Easily accessible to train stations as well. Lots of malls and shops close by too. Staff were helpful and the meals at the hotel restaurant were great!

A complete happy experience. From rooms to service and a special mention for their restaurant, amazing food, superb taste and to find good tandoori food in Mumbai is a double plus. Their entire staff is great, humble, and really good people. Highly recommended hotel to stay and eat.

Only 4 kms from Mumbai Airport. Very speedy checkin. Specious room. Secure Elevators. Our full board package room. Good all food - wide range of salad, starter, sweet, main course, platters, bakery, dessert, tea, coffee, juice, fruits. All are good experience. Service also good.
