Lighthouse, Jaipur in Jaipur

Extremely unprofessional hotel. We booked the room for 2 nights and within the first night they gave out big room just above us to a loud as party which was banging the whole hotel whole night. The staff was literally helpless, they kept saying we are asking them to reduce volume but the management was utterly useless. The whole night we slept with our heads in pillows as there was no immediate occupancy available anywhere in whole city. Utterly bad experience

Horrible management. They were hosting a party with loud music till 2am. We couldn’t sleep at all. When we complained they said we can’t do anything about it. Everything was booked in Jaipur that day because of long weekend, so we were forced to stay there. Horrible staff, very rude. Even the rooms were not very clean. Please don’t stay. Also very far from city centre and airport.

Very slow service food which is included in our package is very tasteless.if very few people's are their in hotel then they are not preparing food with quality.we stay for 3 days and worst experience of my life regarding food.

Amazing look and feel of the hotel. The place is a little too far the city people or non jaipurities. And There was no facility to call the reception from the room, but altogether good.

I recently visited Jaipur for family trip. During trip we stayed at Hotel Lighthouse for 3 nights(27, 28 and 29). We had booked 3 rooms. As we came from Udaipur by private bus we reached at hotel at around 12:30 PM. Manager present at that time cooperated well and helped in getting luggage in the room and extra mattress as well which was good thing.
However being unaware about the booking details shows the lack of communication gap.
We were given room on first floor. Room was clean and well maintained.
Till this hotel seems good to us. However, apart from this we had bad experience of staying in this hotel.
Food items prepared for breakfast were too average at taste and were disappointing. Menu is repeated for all three days with limited options.
Staff specially of restaurant seems inattentive and displayed ignorance to our requirements and we had to take multiple follow-ups for things like Tissue Paper, Spoon. We have terrible experience on checkout day. As we suppose to checkout they called us multiple time to do the breakfast before 10 instead of regular time 11:00. This feels like they wanted us to leave the room at earliest. When I asked why they are closing at 10 then they mentioned that management as order to close early which is typical answer when they do not have any valid reason to do so.

There were no proper cups for tea. When we asked for the same staff member asked to take it in paper cup. As paper cup was not convenient to dip bread in it we insist to make it available then he told that "What is the problem in using Paper Cup, Adjust and eat, we do not have staff to clean the cup"
When they were making fresh tea I asked to add some extra sugar because there regular tea tastes like suger less tea but staff member did not acknowledge it and made the tea same as they were doing.

While checkout manager asked to give review so I asked him what kind of review you want? He replied you can write whatever you want it does not matter to us :). Not sure why they are taking review.
I am giving 2 star only because the manager who attended in check-in and room were clear else I would give it 1 or less than 1 start rating.

I will never recommend this Hotel to anybody
