Had dinner next to the pool at nirbana palace. Great atmisphere for dinner. Our waiter Dinesh was wonderful fulfilling all of our needs. The food was good

Beautiful historic property. We spent 2 nights here as part of our tour. It is a calm oasis in the bustle of Jaipur. Excellent breakfast buffet and dinner at the in-house restaurant. Very refreshing pool in the center courtyard. A bit difficult to find and somewhat off the beaten path, but a hidden gem.

The hotel has a amazing pool view and very quite and classy environment. The stay was very pleasant. The food was remarkable, enjoyed every bite of the food. Their dinner and breakfast options were up to the mark. The restaurant staff were very humble and polite. The respectful behaviour of Suraj and Mayank was the cherry on the cake for this place. This place is highly recommended. Must visit with family and loved ones❤️

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. From check-in, things went downhill. The receptionist had no record of our booking and was unhelpful, only taking our passports and copying our visa pages after some back-and-forth, we understood he just wanted a copy of our India visa which was peculiar but we obliged. Then we were approached by a persistent and aggressive street performer in the hotel lobby - where he had a puppet show inside the hotel and it was clear that he was allowed to operate there, making us feel harassed and uncomfortable after a long day of sightseeing. It’s was appalling behaviour towards guests which was entertained by the hotel. The hotel's hospitality and service were appalling. Room service staff didn't speak English (not there fault and we understand) but the reception and people who spoke English was not willing to help and would just direct us back to room service when we called for help, meaning we had to physically go to the reception to get anything done. The room was unclean, with mouldy toilets, stained sheets, and yellowish towels. The noise levels were unacceptable, with loud locals shouting and playing music in the corridors all night, making sleep impossible. I'd strongly advise fellow tourists to avoid this hotel at any cost and spend a bit extra on a reputable brand like Marriott next door or Radisson. If budget allows, opt for a 5-star like Taj or Indana Palace – it's worth it for the peace of mind and comfort. Because you want to come to a quiet, clean and spacious room after a long day of sightseeing seeing and mingle with a lot of people.

Room Ambience was top notch,Room was very calm, peaceful and artistic.Though room size is little smaller but it was kept very neat.Lobby and room passage was colourful and artistic.I really appreciate the efforts taken by the management to maintain the property.Every corner of building is very beautiful. Neha (Restaurant Manager)was very welcoming ,polite ,helpful and approachble,Food needs to improve little .Dessert prep (Malpua and gajar halwa )were awesome and out of world.Would def recommend any one to visit Nirbana palace Jaipur. I thanks again for great hospitality service.

Really nice ambiance, good quality food and prompt service.Interesting outdoor and indoor seating arrangements. Good place for dining out with friends or family. Galoti Kabab and Chicken Takata worth trying.

The only reason you visit is food and this time it was really bad... It was undercooked with hardly any flavours and taste... Staff was nice though and helpful...

The restaurant is very good, private garden and good location for relaxing from the city noise excellent food and service it's a bit posh for two we paid around 2300 rupees with beer

The coffee here is ok, a little more on the acidic side than i prefer but it is fairly close to the train station so you could stop by before you catch the train.

Worst cafe ever. Seems like all staffs not trained for proper service. Didn't even keep change.. However, other branches okay.

Food was good the first time I visited this place but now I doesn't seem that good on my second visit. Service is moderate. But surely not a fine dining experience.

Fab food with lot of varieties and in great price..
