This is a business hotel so it functions for business conferences etc. It can get quite crowded. The rooms are quite big but the decor is very dated. Their towels don't seem to fit the 5 star brand - rough, old and itchy. The carpet inside the room also didn't seem like it's been cleaned well. The restaurant doesn't have enough seats for rush hour breakfast.
On the plus side, the staff is very helpful and cheerful, food is good and fresh, and the hotel is very peaceful and quiet for a good night's rest.

The service at this Holiday Inn lacked hospitality. I felt like they were indifferent to me, which was a bit disappointing, especially since I had higher expectations.

Overall it's a nice hotel, but we did have to change rooms because of a bad smell and the new room still had a bad odour.

I've stayed here before and didn't have this problem.

We stayed 2 nights here, me and my 2 older teenage daughter and son. The room was big enough. Amenities were the usual for this type of property.
Breakfast buffet was very nice.
Christmas buffet was wonderful!
Normal dinner buffet was so so. I would suggest to have more non Indian options (we like Indian food but the spice in it can be too much when you’re travelling in India for a long time…).
Overall experience was quite nice, would recommend and repeat.

Everything is good, except there is cigarette smell in the non-smoking room. The bed is comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection.
