Everything is good in the hotel, but I found one thing very bad about the hotel. I booked the room online and the rate was low but when I reached there at 5 in the morning, the reception staff asked me to pay extra.

My experience is very bad when I was checkin they asking all money advance no hot water inside the room no privacy if u lock main door then u push its a gap in washroom door handle also not good its very loose we order food but chapti its burn vegetables also not cooked properly in room always come bed smell please if u visit this hotel first see the review

The behavior of the receptionist was not good at all. The condition of the room was very bad, inside which half the curtains were open. There was scrap lying in the balcony outside the room. It looked very dirty. The room was adjacent to the glass. The doors were not closed properly. What was happening was that we could not open the balcony because there was garbage lying around, about 20 broken chairs and broken tablets were lying there, the door there was temporary and the one that was lying open could not be closed, we did not feel any kind of privacy inside the room. Because even after closing the room, inside could be seen from outside the room, it was not feeling safe in any way inside the room.

Hotel rooms were very nice.

Washroom were big and clean and also have bathtub. Food were tasty but price is more. Hotel staffs are good. Location of the hotel is not good as it is outside of city, if you are tourist than it will be so far to visit tourist places. It won't be good choice according to location.
The place is alright. The pictures available online aren't a great match with what's actually available. Also, it is horribly noisy at night. Guests and staff keep shouting and talking in the corridors, making it impossible to sleep. Quality of bed and bath linen was not good. Part of it was changed upon request. Service is good but the place is not great.
