Writing Stayed at Clarion Hotel Jaipur recently. The reception staff and bellboy service were good and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The amenities were very poor and clearly worn out. The air conditioning was not cooling properly despite adjusting the settings. Towels looked old and worn, and although we had 3 guests staying, only enough toiletries for 1 person were provided. We had to ask for it. There was no bathroom rug, making the bathroom floor slippery and potentially dangerous. The mattress felt worn out, and the pillow top was too soft and uncomfortable. When we requested an extra pillow, housekeeping responded rudely, which affected the overall experience. Food options were limited and not enjoyable. Service overall was just average. Unfortunately, this was not a great place to stay, and I would not choose to return.

The hotel's service was amazing, and we had a luxury experience throughout the whole trip. The trip was very nice but the hotel made it cherry on top. The hotels staff was very sweet.

Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Clarion Bella Casa, Jaipur. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment after a long day. The overall hospitality and service standards were commendable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and taste that made dining enjoyable throughout the stay. A special mention for Priyanka, the attendant in the cafeteria—she was extremely attentive, courteous, and ensured that all guests were well taken care of. Her warm and professional approach truly enhanced the dining experience. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service and good food. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur.

Everything is good in this hotel, except for the completely unstable internet and rather noisy ventilation, so the amenities are rated as good.

Nice place for shopping baked items and reasonably good vegetarian restaurant. It's a busy place in the evening and good place to dine out with family.

Food quality is really good and tasty!! Everything is perfect. When I wanna eat Pav bhaji then I visit this place!! One of the best restaurant near to five star hotels and airport!!

I have visited multiple times and tried almost everything on the menu. The place is always jam packed that could be because of Good quality food and attentive staff. The ambiance is fresh and clean. Visited on Rakhi the place was again crowded and they looked understaffed but still they were very well managed. Attentive managers approached, quickly responded or delegated.

They have good artisan food but I was very disappointed with the drinks menu. They have advertised themselves as a wine lounge and then do not have most of the wines on the menu. We had to drink the wines that they had available and not the ones we chose.
Professionally, please do not offer your customer full menu if you cannot serve most of the items on the menu. Also, please do not suggest wines based on the availability. Telling a customer upfront about the limited availability is a better honest approach rather than saying no to everything customer is choosing from your menu.

Good ambiance and a nice party hall for dance with nice music. Not suggest taking kids there. Definitely an upscale place with good space between seating. Recommend to do advance booking. Good selection of drinks.

This is another upscale Restaurant in Jaipur. Ambience is fantastic. Service is great. Food awesome. Live music.. Though singer tries hard to involve you but he fails most of the time.. Valet parking.. Wine and beer available... Discotheque with ok music... Crowd is great.. On weekends prior booking is recommended... Overall nice place to hang out with friends or family..
