Heiwa Heaven is one of the most lavish Resorts in Jaipur. This property has amazing ambience I really like the place and their food quality is excellent, and it tastes great. Hotels’s hospitality is on top of. I do really like the staf and their quick services , this resort gives you the taste of luxury. Overall my experience with them has been great.

Rajsri, the front desk staff, has an amazing personality She's always smiling and was super helpful during my previous stay. I specifically chose to stay here again just to see her, but unfortunately, she wasn't there 😔. Missing her warm hospitality🙏

I recently stayed at this resort for a wedding, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms—especially the cottages—were filthy and poorly maintained. Shockingly, there was a huge rat inside our room. Despite informing the hotel staff, they seemed completely unbothered, as if this was normal. We were forced to spend all three nights with the rat in the room, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was a stagnant, dirty water pond right outside the cottage. It appeared to have been uncleaned for ages, covered in moss and adding to the unhygienic environment. Cleanliness was severely lacking throughout our stay. The condition of the cottages and the overall maintenance standards were disappointing for a resort. This was truly the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel, and I would never choose to stay here again.

We recently visited Heiwa Heaven Resort last month for a wedding, and the experience was truly exceptional. The front desk team, particularly Miss Rajshree, went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. She took the time to give us a thorough tour of the property, explaining every detail and making us feel at home. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail were impressive. We highly recommend Heiwa Heaven Resort for any occasion, and we look forward to returning soon.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly enjoyed every bit of it. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, which made it really comfortable after a long day. The staff were super polite and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even better. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore nearby places. I also loved how peaceful the atmosphere was inside the hotel — quiet, relaxed, and stress-free. The housekeeping team did a great job of keeping everything spotless. Food was fresh and tasty, and the service was quick. On top of that, the hotel has some really nice indoor and outdoor games, which made the stay even more fun and engaging. It’s a great option if you’re traveling with family or friends. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and I would happily come back again. Truly a great place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, good service, and a mix of relaxation and fun.

I visited Heiwa Heaven Resort with my family and relatives for the second time, but this visit was extremely disappointing. While the food quality was excellent and the property is beautiful, the maintenance and management are almost zero. Rooms and bathrooms were dirty with foul smell, monkeys were everywhere – even inside the swimming pool with guests. Shockingly, one monkey even bit my wife. Despite such a big incident, no senior manager came forward, only the Front Office Manager helped and arranged a local doctor for a rabies injection. I paid ₹36,000 for 4 rooms, but the experience was not worth the money. As a hotelier myself, I am writing this not for compensation but so that what happened with us should not happen with others.

Best hospitality i could ever ask for,,,,,, the service is onspot and very immediate. The restaurant especially is great. I would thank Ms. Achal for her great service. She was one of the most noble and humble hostess i could ask for. she take cares of our 2 years baby all most two hours during the our meal , meanwhile also she was taking cares of the other guest as well but we didn’t see any kind of pressure , how humble she has . . Loved it!!!!!❤️ This kind of staff made us feel very comfortable which is appreciated everyone other staff should learn from the lady. Breakfast each morning was a treat. We usually ordered at the live stations instead of taking from the buffet but the buffet had a varied spread.
