staff was unprofessional and there manager was good manager behaved nice with us there upma and tea and coffee was good in morning and dinner was good..

Clean, decent place. More like a guesthouse or a motel but not as well maintained as a good hotel. Affordable place with basic facilities.

Totally disappointed ☹️.We have booked early but when we reached we waited there for two and half hours outside, asked for 5 rooms given only 4 and the toilets were not cleaned waste of last usages were filled there. We could waited for food and it was insufficient even everyone didn't get single cup tea. Food was provided on dirty plates in unhygienic place. And for four rooms and breakfast for 18 people 6500 rupees they bought. Braekfast was insufficient too. The security staff even when we were standing out asking money as tips behaving like goonds

It was a very bad experience. There was no breakfast or food facility. I even had to purchase a water bottle outside the hotel, as they did not provide mineral water.

the room they have provided was very dirty and dusty. I had to call a person and they cleaned the room once again. the bedsheet was dirty and that also needed to change. when it comes to food I asked for the menu, the person brought a menu which was like coming from dustbin and by seeing that I cancel my plan to have food there and I go out for food and nearby there is a good restaurant where I had my dinner.
The TV was also not working and the worst part, the hotel was not having water bottles.

Location was good. Near railway station, bus station. But room not clear, staffs behaviour awarge.

very worst stay as the room is stinky, not possible to stay there for even 1 hour, coackroches are roaming here and there on ground & bed. terrible stay so immediately got checked out, as the don't have any other room available. waste of money.

The sanitation was horrible, also the rooms were not as shown in the pictures. It spoiled the trip and mood.

we couldn't stay in that hotel because of the environment cheap people shouting out there room, dim lights. Rooms were not prepared as well. The main person on the reception was already drunk. So we didn't stay there as we didn't get the refund as well. That was not a suitable hotel for a couple

The room was not as per the image shown and also it was smelly. Even the bed sheet was torn so it was ok but not good
