Stayed with Family
Room is good, safe place to stay with family including KID
They provided good breakfast for my kid too

Stayed here during my official visit to the city. Place is a niche building located in a residential locality. We stayed in Randa residence room and it was exactly as on site with clean room, comfortable sofa in attached drawing room and Tv In each. There was tea coffee maker in the room and bathroom was neat and with hot water, shower and had hair dryer. Bed was super comfortable and AC working well. Attached restaurant had limited but well prepared spread, special mention to egg chilly which was yummy. Only issue we faced was the location, roads leading to the place were crude and we had hard time finding cab. Area is near Poonamallee Road which has metro work ongoing. Special mention to staff Swaminathan, Mani and Pradeep who made our stay comfortable. If you got work in nearby areas then this place is a hit, else it’s far from main city and traffic makes it seem even more distant.

The location was quite inside which was calm and as expected. Swami, the hotel manager was so good in his work that he treated us right and also did the expected in the required way.
Would love to stay in the hotel when we visit Chennai again.

The one star is only given as I could not rate lower than this. Check-in Process: upon reaching the property at 1.30 PM, the manager told me that I need to wait for atleast 20 minutes as the room is not ready. It was clearly evident that he did not check earlier if there was a booking for that day or not. After I denied to accommodate his request, he granted me extra 1.5 hrs during the next day check out. The entire check in process was really pathetic after travelling for so many hours. Room: The room was okay with the amenities present as mentioned. However, it needs severe maintenance. The linens have become yellow from white, the furnitures have not been cleaned and dusted properly and the towels provided were also dirty and old. The battery of AC remote is drained and somehow used forcefully. Washroom: the only hotel I encountered till date where the cold water doesn't come through the pipes. The water pressure is so low that the cold water simply doesn't come out of the tap. Instead only hot water is coming. It was too difficult to manage in such a kind of washroom. Absolutely pathetic experience. Room Service and Food: The restaurant is useless. Absolutely no orders are being placed there. Mostly vacant. Still when you order a simple menu, it will take ages to deliver. Also, you need to remind them 2-3 times over the phone. Then only you will be obliged to serve food. Food taste is average and the utensils or cups provided are not washed and cleaned properly. Location: Situated in one of the interior lanes and accessibility is difficult at times due to the ongoing construction of the metro line. Also, the alternate approach lanes are extremely bad to provide you a life time backache while reaching the property. Overall, I am not going to visit this property anymore. It can be a good property if maintained properly with prompt service else it's going to degrade over the time.

Great rates for the property, despite being a little far flung from the centre. Cleanliness of the washrooms needs to be improved. Periodic deep cleaning needs to be introduced. Linens are old and yellowed, needs to be replaced and properly washed. Manager and staff are really nice and helpful.

1. Cleanliness is an issue here. Stained towels, bins, bedsheets etc.
2. Reception team needs a drastic change. They are not at all welcoming.
3. Covid protocols - majority of the staffs found not wearing masks. Severe risk.
