I wanted to share my feedback about the stay. Yesterday we booked a room for my parents, and the charges were very high for such a congested room. Unfortunately, there were also mosquitoes inside, which made the stay uncomfortable.
Honestly, it was not worth the price we paid considering the room condition, facilities, and overall experience. The quality did not match the amount charged.
Also, the complimentary breakfast was not good in terms of quality. Overall, the experience was disappointing and felt less customer-friendly than expected. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future guests.

I recently completed a two-night stay at De Castle Inn, including breakfast, and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional value it offered. For such an affordable rate, the rooms were impeccably clean, comfortably appointed, and equipped with all essential amenities—far surpassing expectations for budget-conscious travelers.
The inclusive breakfast was a highlight, prepared by Chef Mr. Idayachandran. His authentic South Indian dishes, including perfectly steamed idlis, sambar, Dosa, Chutney, Sweet, Puri Bhaji were not only delicious but also generously portioned, making every morning meal feel like premium dining without the premium price.
The attentive staff added to the welcoming atmosphere. De Castle Inn delivers top-tier comfort and hospitality at a fraction of the cost—highly recommended for savvy travelers seeking quality on a budget. I will certainly return.

Positives first...
Excellent hospitality, very cordial and helpful staff. Very good vfm considering the breakfast is also complimentary and the staff wants to do everything to serve the guests.
What can be improved.
The rooms have not been well maintained. The rooms aren't horrible, but could've been better. The approach to the hotel is also very congested. Don't bother coming here if you have a personal vehicle.

Everything about this hotel was great, and I truly enjoyed my stay. However, I do have one important concern. I booked through Goibibo and unfortunately it didn’t offer a 9hour booking option. This flexibility is important to me and due to its absence, I’ve had to stop booking this hotel despite this i had excellent experience.
If the owner sees this, I kindly request you to consider providing such options as many of your competitors already do. I would love to return if this feature becomes available in the future.

WiFi is not working as expected and they keep WiFi for show purpose.

Overall stay was 8 out of 10. Good staffs, good service, affordable price, accessible location and can get everything in fingertips. They do allow outside food although they have their own food service. If i talk about cons. room was very small. Also the room light was shutting ON/OFF automatically after every 5 ~10 minutes.

Nice and small hotel. It is located in porur and has all the necessary amenities. I recommend this hotel for short stays.

The size of the room was about 70 sqft. Which is not good enough. Needed immediate repairs to the bed as it is damaged by the insect. Other all facilities are good enough. Washroom was clean enough.

Actually nice experience with dominos , im giving it a three stars because tgis dominos is too small as it can occupy only 20 people at a time , mostly on evening it would be over crowded where ur interest to have meal will be spoiled ,

The staff is good but if you by mistake order a pizza mania pizza without a pan base. It's gonna be a nightmare literaly don't even think of doing that. Other than that other stuff are okay but if you have sensative buds on your tongue you will find mostly all pizzas bland.
