We stayed at Itsy Hotels Mirra by Treebo Club during the Diwali holidays and had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a calm and quiet residential area, yet it’s very close to Velachery Main Road — so you get peace without being far from the city buzz.
The rooms were very clean and tidy. We took a deluxe room, and it was spacious enough to fit an extra bed comfortably. The bathroom and toilet were spotless and well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly too.
Our stay included breakfast, which was served in the room. It’s not a buffet, but they serve simple South Indian items like idli and pongal along with tea or coffee — tasty and fresh. The hotel also allows online food delivery and provides basic cutlery, which is really convenient.

Felt unsafe, especially for females to stay, we couldn’t see anyone it the hotel.. yes it’s not hotel it’s a serviced apartment. But in MMT it was registered as hotel, Which is not acceptable.The rooms were not clean, the bathroom was dirty and the wall was broken and bucket was not clean. Overall it was not a good experience.

We had a pleasant stay at this service apartment. The rooms were clean and neat, and breakfast was served on time, taste was average . The staff were friendly and attentive, making the stay comfortable.
We did encounter a minor issue with the hand shower in the restroom, but the staff responded promptly and resolved it immediately.

The property is nice, however it was unclean, the sheets were stained, the room were not cleaned properly, there were cigarettes buds on the floor. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. The shower was not working. The lift does not work. The staff is not professional and lacks customer service experience.

There was no one to listen to our problems.There are young boys as staff ,they are not at all interested in giving any service.They send breakfast to your room at their own convenient time and the quantity is not enough so on and so forth.Thank god I just booked it for two days and then I shifted to another property as i had to stay in Bangalore for total 7 days.
