Overall the hotel was good. The rooms and facilities were satisfactory, and the stay was comfortable. We had initially booked the hotel through MMT.
During our stay, we requested to extend our booking. We shared all the required details with the receptionist in the evening, and they confirmed that they would take care of the extension.
However, the next day they suddenly refused to accept the booking. At the last moment, it was extremely difficult for us to find another hotel. This caused a lot of inconvenience and stress.
Very disappointing experience regarding the booking management. Better coordination and commitment from the hotel staff is expected.

Iam late night drinker in bar occasionally I'm calm drinker usually not interested to disturb anyone but manager Mr.karthik has some kind of ego issues and owns bars that's right not with peaceful drinkers... Treating like wine shop words & attitude

Great service by the staff in there and the room was neat but less safety there are no locks in open window just closing that's all and bathroom facility is good have some instruction from reception before going room about hot water service and amenities

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Park Plaza. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere made it ideal for our family's stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway.

Spacious rooms. Neatly maintained. But linens are average. Food quality is normal. Service is average. near to Egmore railway station. Surrounings are clean and tidy. Tariff seems High. Old hotel. Being maintained with average level.

Rooms are good but no proper maintenance. The staff response is very bad.

The rooms are not clean, surrounding are not good for family, hot water is limited to short time, towels are dirty, bathroom dirty as well, not a 3 star quality. And don’t go with the name, the pricing is also expensive

No food included in the stay, can't rate the food. Location is very convenient, being at egmore. Very basic hotel with no amenities and room size (room no. 110 ) is not bad. No policy for late check out.

You will be surprised to see a nice hotel for this tariff. Helpful front desk especially mr. Nagarajan a soft spoken fellow helped a lot to feel comfort during our stay
