OYO 3381 Tollygunge in Kolkata

The owner's number is always switched off. This is a fraud and scam property. Highly overpriced. The photos are fake and doesn't match with the actual room and place. It is more like a kotha. Never expected me and my parents will have to stay in a place like this. They will never cancel and refund your booking and money.

It's a horrible experience, i had never expected from oyo. First the receptionist never ask for id, then just took the money and went to his room. I had no key for my booked room, it's sound weird but it's true. I arranged the key by myself. Secondly the room smell like hooka adda, they should apply room freshener. I think for them the cigarette smell is room freshener..ha ha ha... Wash room was dirty... Even the pillow and the also dirty. At last there is no signboard for the hotel luxury inn... So I just want to ask oyo , is this ur best service for affordable room....

We hate this hotel and the staffs also. As we book this hotel through oyo and also made the payment for 2 days booking. That's hotel not have a nameplate That's why we faced trouble to find it. Finding this hotel from Google we loss our check in time......when we reached they demand extra 500 rupees per day per room when we refused they behaved badly 😢 they publicly smoked before us as I am with my 5 yrs kid ........

Worst experience ever, actually it's not a hotel, they've just rented 1-2 floors of a building and running an unorganized guest house.
They have no idea of hospitality, how to welcome or treat guests, their only business in providing rooms to couple for few hours and they have no responsibility after that. They don't have proper reception, no staff, nothing, even the tv, ac was not working,I complained they said TV nahi chalta hai 🙄, how can someone be so careless about guests problems.
In simple words I would like to say don't ever book this oyo hotel, first think I didn't even feel safe there, they will just hamper ur mood and stay both.
