Disappointing Stay - Dirty Rooms and Unhelpful Staff
I had a terrible experience at Orchid Guest House (new name) . The bedsheets and pillows were filthy, and it was clear they hadn't been cleaned properly. The bathroom was in an awful state, with no effort made to keep it clean. To make matters worse, the staff were completely useless and unhelpful, showing no concern for the guests' comfort. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

First of all its a dormitory only for males, secondly it is at a walking distance from mg metro station, thirdly the price is quite low according to the services provided, fourth the washrooms are clean. Dont forget to carry a lock as they dont provide one for your storage box. Moreover if you're on a business trip paid breakfast and laundry services are provided.

Most of the time they switch off the ac. Every time you need to ask to on ac. 2nd point i asked them to change bedsheet. Gentleman said not available today. 3rd point i asked them to give 12 non check out. They denied. Location is good. Bed was good and comfortable. Over all stay was good except above points

Very comfortable stay it was. I am satisfied with hotel orchid inn. You should visit this hotel. But remember that this is only for males.

I have booked 2 deluxe room for me and my friend but when i reach there they said that there is no deluxe room available we have dormitory only so they didn't provide me any room. i have booked 2 room of amount 3046. no i want my money back.
