Not at all well maintained.Too small a room...Even after giving feedbacks no changes seen,it is as if they ignore thier custimers, apart from the restuarant nothing is good.No value for money or customer

Located right opposite to VIP gate of Salt Lake Stadium, the hotel doesn't have its own parking. It's situated on the service lane but the sewer lines in front are dug up for some construction. The hotel staff is super polite and right from front office managers to the bell boys and servers smile and keep asking you about services and food. Politeness, courteousness and pleasant nature : the staff should be commended for these matters. Rooms are ok, can be given some more amenities. Any problem you face the staff is more than happy to rectify it and help you cope up. The food needs to be improved. The value for money for food is less.

Rooms too small and very unclean.
Bathroom fittings were damaged.
Towels were so old that fine threadings can be observed.
Bedcover appears dirty.

Hotel has zero amenities,and it's price is too high as compared to hotels with similar facilities.Hotel is overrated.

Hotel has very good fooding. economic and good taste. Service is also good. Staffs are cooperative. But the Rooms need urgent renovations. Specially bathroom fittings commode etc.

It was a lovely staying in Hotel PEARL..very neat & clean.with tasty food, cooperative staff & availability of small mall..trevel agency near by... captivating atmosphere for morning walk..enjoyed a lot..though only for 2 days wish could enjoyed more days.

It was not a great stay but a decent one... early check in allowed to me and a quiet hotel... little work is to be done on maintenance of property which is not great

All staff are very nice,valuable hotel I want to recommend my friends. Only room cleaning requires timely. Otherwise, all are good .

The staying experience was good. Rooms need to be renovated. Painting needs to be done in the room. Breakfast quality was good.

I had a great stay at this hotel! It offers excellent value for money with clean rooms, friendly staff, and all the necessary amenities. The best part is its location—just a short walking distance from Apollo Hospital, making it extremely convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Awesome ambience, courteous staff, great buffet spread. Only drawback I found was beef & pork being served alongside chicken etc, which was a little awkward for my parents who have very orthodox belief. But overall a good experience

Too much costly. In case of other restaurants, they gave 6 pieces of chicken in a dish. But they only give 2 pieces. Senior waiters make foll to the customers.
