The staff was courteous and friendly. There was someone available at the desk 24 hours
The location is also really good with several good eateries in walking distance.
Overall good place to stay.
No one was at the reception.
The attitude of the people is not at all hospitable.
There is no food in house. Swiggy guys deliver till your gate so its not safe. How can a hotel allow an outsider to go inside.
Lastly the people outside kept making noise. I guess they were fixing something but it was disturbing.
1. Asked for a room cleaning, the staff wanted to know whether it was cleaned in the morning ? When said No, they had a nasty response and asked I should have got it done in morning. Than they started fighting among themselves as to who should do it.
2. Asked for a changed of bedsheet they simply turned side and said it's good for another 2-3 days.
There is absolute zero hospitality and its managed by some bunch of rowdies.
