I wish I could stay longer in this hotel very clean clam environment staff were friendly and if you include breakfast in your booking trust me it is really worth it even if you are sleeping and about to skip your breakfast they won’t do that they will call you either come to you 😅😅felt like a family

We were initially given a room on the second floor, which felt like a mezzanine and had a musty smell upon entry. After speaking with the staff, we were moved to an upstairs room, which was much better. The service was exceptional; all the staff were incredibly patient. The rooms were quite clean, and each came with a small balcony. What I loved most were the bougainvillea plants everywhere, especially on the top floor – they were numerous and beautiful.

This hotel I have stayed in many times is the best value in terms of service cleanliness and hygiene and I have no worries recommending to anyone travelling to Bali

Everything was excellent and the staff were very helpful.

We have a good stay here. Only stopped for one night before going back to our country. The room is big and clean. Have o balcony and can the waterfall at the swimming pool. The location is good and have many eateries around the hotel

This is a peaceful place to relax. The pool and balconies are great, the staff keeps everything clean. We had a great time.

Absolutely amazing everything I come to bali we go here. The food is the best in bali. The pasta is better than australia. Try the bug pasta it's to die for! I dream about there food. It's next door to waterbom park so u cannot miss it. At night they have fire dancers out the front it's amazing

hot summer day can be cooled down with any cold drinks here. thai iced tea is the best beverage they have. their thai foods are superb.. thank you bcc which make my day even better after tasting your fb..

Thank Christ the coffee comes with jasmine tea. You will be eager to wash that black death from your mouth as soon as possible. More expensive than Sydney.

Black Canyon Coffee is a superb Thai franchise. This particular restaurant is a disappointment. Is it so difficult to train staff to muster a smile, instead of a blank look?
