The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a full day of activities.
The hotel facilities are well-maintained, especially the swimming pool area, which is great for unwinding. Breakfast had a good variety of options and tasted delicious, a great way to start the day.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a strategic location in Bali. I would definitely come back again!
The room’s air also felt dusty and heavy, hard to breath in there, and there’s no any good smell (like typical hotel’s smell) in the room except the smells that came from toilet 🤮.
It’s cheap and it’s an old hotel, everyone can accept if the room is old fashion, small or ugly, but no one can tolerate uncleanliness and bathroom that looked like portal to silent hill.
The only good thing about here is the location, and the staffs is good, i hope they at least repair the room for the sake of their staffs too.
Meals cold should be hot
Music changed from horid boom boom to our request much easier to dine & speak.
Staff helpful.
