I've stayed at this hotel twice for early morning flights out of Bali.
**Location:** Compared to other hotels nearby, this one is literally inside the airport. You can walk to both the international and domestic departure halls, and it's even closer to the international terminal.
**Facilities & Hygiene:** As it's a chain hotel, the facilities and cleanliness are definitely up to par. There's also a swimming pool, but it was already closed by the time I arrived at night.
There are quite a few rooms, and it seems you can even book hourly rates, as I saw people checking out with their luggage late at night.
**Service:** The front desk service was also very good.
Overall, it's pretty good – convenient and safe, though the price is a bit on the expensive side for Bali.

Stayed at Novotel for one night as our plane arrived past midnight. We tried following the signs to the hotel from the arrival hall, but ended up walking through the carpark to reach the hotel (not sure if that was the correct way). Room was assigned quickly at the check in counter since there was no other guest. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had breakfast too, which was okay.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the northwest corner of the arrivals level inside the airport. Even when we checked in at 11 PM, the staff greeted us with great enthusiasm. The room felt a little dated, but all essential facilities were present, making it suitable for business travelers and those on a layover. The hotel's main entrance is very picturesque for photos, and the treadmills are on the 3rd floor, overlooking the central garden.

Our stay at Novotel Ngurah Rai Airport was excellent. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the airport, which made traveling so much easier. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone flying in or out of Bali

Incredibly convenient! Located between the international and domestic terminals, it's less than a 5-minute walk to either. What's more, the hotel restaurant even offers direct access straight into the international terminal, which is extremely handy.

Bought a chicken salad there, the chicken smells and was not fresh, actually the whole bowl of salads is not fresh at all, my stomach felt weird after taking in the salad. Bad experience.

The service at this place was terrible and slow. Especially one of the female waiter named Aning who had a sarcastic attitude and bad character. She should be reprimanded and criticized. Try other restaurants at the airport for better service instead of this.

I had nasi campur vegetarian. It was definitely not equal to the normal offering at other Made's Warung. Very plain. And due to the normal airport prices it was half as good at twice the price. Think I will look for another option when next I fly.
