The water heater was not working at all during my stay, and the service was very disappointing. After checking out, I contacted the property regarding my lost item, but received no response until now. I would strongly suggest improving your service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place at all.

Not even worth to get 1 star hotel. The manager is VERY RUDE & IMPOLITE. She insulted me and said as i never been in hotel before. She despised me and didn’t even listen to my perspective. She raised her voice to yell at me with unpleasant tone. Her receptionist, the young guy is really pity. He kept on apologizing to me because of his boss attitude.

The location is also not good.

I do not recommend it under any circumstances!!!
The towels were torn. The sheets were full of holes. I have never seen anything like this before.

The walls are thin, so you could hear your neighbors as if they were standing right next to your ear.

The breakfasts are not good.

There are no face towels.

There are no kitchen utensils.

There was no hair dryer. The router from the TV was taken away on the second day.

There is no safe!

There was only one bath product in the bathroom... as they said - it is 3 in 1 (soap, shampoo, shower gel)
There was no hand soap by the sink. They brought it only when I asked.

What the hotel provides in the photo. Beautiful! In fact, everything is bad.

I recommend trip com. Remove this hotel from the booking. So that people do not fall for beautiful photos.

The place is calm and serene. Not far from Ubud market. Best to have a 2-wheeler and explore. Breakfast is not buffet and with limited options but that is absolutely fine given the location and surrounding.

The rooms were very noisy, very dark, there were no toiletries in the bathroom and there were no dishes or cutlery in the kitchen. The staff were very nice, but I had to wait half an hour on the day of arrival and look for someone so I could check in. You could also choose the time of breakfast for the next day and the food was brought to me 20 minutes before the agreed time several times. Overall, the accommodation was nice, but you shouldn't expect too much.

I booked Seken cottages three months ago and paid for it. We arrived around 6.30pm that night after a full day of activities. My driver went in to inform them of our arrival to only be greeted by three people telling us that have no room. I showed them the confirmation letter to be told that they are moving us to the main road. We arrived at our new accommodation to be given 1 king bed and two pillows for three people. We did not sleep the next two nights due to the loud music and unsuitable sleeping arrangements that did not cater for our needs.

Lots of charm, quiet location, spacious and pleasant air-conditioned room, swimming pool not very large but comfortable enough to cool off, attentive staff!! Not too far from the center and very unusual restaurants, good value for money

Seken Cottages Ubud is 2 kms away from ubud center and is located in a very quiet area. My room is huge, although I was assigned their Suite cottage/room instead of the Deluxe Cottage I booked. I didn’t bring it up w/ the owner since the suite and the deluxe are mostly similar in feature except that the deluxe cottage have its own dining aside from the balcony coffee tables. All room facilities are working and they provided the kitchen utensils and cutlery. They do daily housekeeping and they have laundry service (15k/kg). The owner and her staff are really attentive and accommodating. I have stayed with them for 10d/9nights and will recommend to anyone who’s planning to stay in Bali long term as well.

Stayed here for 2 weeks to have a kitchen in our room. The beds were really comfy. The shower was hot with amazing pressure. The aircon worked, no problems ever. The staff where really nice, and very helpful. We even hired a moped for 70k a day, which was cheapest we found by far. And thr pool was amazing. The whole place was very quiet, as its off the main road, so it's even quite, but the walls are thin. Early birds can easily wake you. Still, would go again for the price!

My advice for long stay : choose DELUXE ROOM. Its on third floor, they have a kitchen, dine table, great room and beautiful view. Love it! The staff is very polite and helpful
