Very clean, spacious airy rooms. Staff are kind and helpful. Quiet relaxed atmosphere. I will seguntely be back here for another stay. Location is good, building of new hotels going on across hotel, but noise isn't deafening. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fat Yogis was ok. Nice pool. Clean room. Sufficient basic breakfast. This was a second stay.

The location...Poppies 1 hasn't recovered since 2020 and has lost its vibrancy.

The construction opposite FY does affect enjoying the outdoors. Been happening since demolition and rebuild commencing 2022, it's annoying (and loud) and still no end in sight.
With a 400 room hotel opening when it's finished, the already cramped one way road that is Poppies 1 will be complete chaos and that will be the end of Poppies 1 for us, sadly affecting FY and another nearby hotel we enjoy.

Stayed at Fat yogi many many times over the last 10 years . Its a good location and normally quiet . The rooms are basic with no frills and were renovated in recent years. Breakfast is also very basic they use to offer some fruit with breakfast but stopped that a few years back . They did have a back up generator but have removed that so when the power goes out your in total darkness . Their is no emergency lighting and the best they can do is candles even thought the price has increased 20% in the last year . Certainly better value can be found at the price they are charging .

Well located at the heart of Kuta, while away from the noisy streets.

I liked the swimming pool and the cute garden, nice to vent down in the evening.

The bedroom was nice, just comfortable enough. The bathroom was rather old, worn-out and the water flow was inconsistent, but it was just clean enough.

Perfection!
I've found the PERFECT place to stay in Bali, after several visits. I've already booked for next winter, for a bit of sun and warmth. Everything was perfect!

Fantastic place. Lovely gardens with chill out areas and plugs so you can work outside. Great pool. Room was spacious, comfortable with a huge balcony and a big, clean bathroom. The location was excellent, quiet yet just minutes away from the beach and the town. Breakfast was also good. And the price is great value. Loved it!

Slightly above average price. I've been here twice now and my advice is to insist you get one of the rooms above the restaurant and not to the side if the building as these ones are outdated and dirty. The ones above the Havana restaurant have obviously been refurbished in the past couple of years and are in a completely different league to the others.

I had visited this restaurant on a previous visit and loved it. However, this trip the staff were too busy to take our drinks or food orders. After we finally got their attention and ordered, it got messed up and the wrong food came out. It was one of the least hospitable restaurants I've been to in Bali. The food was still good, but not as great as it used to be.

One of the longer standing places in Kuta and still worth a look. This time around the food wasn't quite as flavoursome but the service was prompt and the surroundings are great.

Local warung, wide range of choice. All was fresh, very delicious and very spicy:-) place itself is not too much cozy, but if the food is excellent, you can forget. Recommended!
