Only stayed for one night. We checked in late because we were too tired to continue our journey. The bed was very comfortable. The doors, shutters, and decorations were beautiful and had a lovely national style. The grounds were also very pretty.

Positives:
The greenery within the hotel is beautiful, the pool is nice, and the deluxe rooms are quite spacious and airy. It's very good for those who want to spend all their time at the hotel because there isn't much around; it's a 12-minute Grab ride to Ubud center.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, we witnessed the cleaning staff, albeit unintentionally, cleaning the toilet with their bare hands and a sponge, then touching other surfaces. After drying the inside and outside of the toilet with a white towel, they then wiped the bathroom tiles with it. While the surroundings appeared clean superficially, seeing how they actually cleaned it was not pleasant at all.

The hotel room was spacious, the air conditioning was powerful, and the service was excellent.
I checked in a day early, contacted the hotel, and they said it was possible, but I needed to contact Ctrip first. Ctrip quickly contacted the hotel, and I checked in early. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were complete. Very good.

The whole hotel is decorated in a very charming way, as if you were living in a tropical garden. The weather was very nice and I always saw the staff maintaining the whole garden. There is breakfast and a swimming pool. The room is decent.

The hotel is old, breakfasts are modest, the staff is very slow. The green area is beautiful, you can only stay for one or two nights.
