Hati Padi Cottages in Ubud

We recently stayed for 3 nights in this cozy wonderful bungalow while visiting Ubud, Bali. The whole experience from checking in all the way to saying last good byes to the nicest stuff of this hotel was fulfilled with satisfaction and pleasant experience. Our rooms were nicely decorated, spacious, offered a comfortable bed & beautiful views all around. The swimming pool area was truly the gem, where we wanted to stay for hours enjoying the view of rice terraces & watching wild life surrounded by such peaceful nature noises at night. We also dined in their restaurant at the premises, and each time the food was delicious, served fast in nicely decorated plates and overall absolutely amazing experience. Special thank you to Weni, the booking manager. What a sweetheart! She was beyond accommodating! I was feeling she took care of us if we were her relatives or very close friends. I don't think I've seen this type of warm sincere treatment towards us before in any other hotels in Indonesia.
All other members of the team spoke very good English, and were truly caring to make our holiday experience in their wonderful facility absolutely exceptional. We also tried the massages right in their open air spa. The lady performing massage had very warm energy and made sure we left feeling relieved and satisfied.
I highly recommend allowing Harti Padi Cottages to be a part of your vacation plans. Five plus stars from us for sure ! You won't be disappointed, and, perhaps, like us wouldn't want to leave. Thanks again for everyone who made our stay so pleasant!

A beautiful spot in the country, quiet secluded with wonderful views of the rice fields and mountains, pool is fantastic. Lovely staff, friendly and talkative. Be quick though, the area is been heavily developed for tourism.

It’s the only place I am able to sleep to the max as it’s peacefulness is unmatchable and that’s why it’s in a location further away from city. Love it and I will get my crew to stay here too 🫶🏻

My partner and I had the most beautiful 3 night stay at Hati Padi for a friend's wedding nearby. We were completely blown away by the utterly breathtaking surroundings, the authentic cosy rooms, the mouthwatering homecooked meals, and most importantly the most welcoming, friendly, and attentive staff who made our stay a truly once in a lifetime experience. The photos don't do it justice because everywhere you look around this place you will find something beautiful. If you're looking for one of the most affordable, relaxing, and authentically Bali stays in Ubud, Hati Padi will exceed your expectations. Can't rate highly enough.

This place is a work of art. It is so beautifully designed it sometimes takes your breath away. The Pool is really spacious and great to swim in and the view into the rice paddies is one of the most beautiful I have seen in Bali. The area is really quiet and remote and just beautiful and also Ubud is not far away. Max and Wayan lovingly run the place and go out of their way to help with things. There is a very cute cat, so no need to be scared of any " rats" 😉 It is simply gorgeous, I miss it allready and will surely come back. Corinna

Pros: 1 Location Few tourists. A great place for those who like to walk in silence through the rice fields. 2 Owner Wonderful statuesque woman. If you manage to talk to her, be sure to take the opportunity. 3 Restaurant You can eat well at an average price. Cons 1 Sonstruction site nearby Breaks the silence in the morning. Frankly, the exclusivity of the place will be partially lost, even when the construction is completed.

Everything in those rooms is soooo old, I’m not even usually picky about these things, but it was all so old and barely working
The food quality is below average in Ubud
Hard to find for some bike drivers, Grab maps have it in the wrong place

The lovely staff made the place and the surroundings are beautiful for walking.

We stayed here two nights and everything was better than in the pictures😍. The rice paddies around make the whole experience better. Each room decorated uniquely and we will come back next time✨ Breakfast is available with amazing service tooo! 10/10

What a brilliant and pleasant place. What an interior design, we took even pictures for our own house, what a kitchen, even more tasteful dishes, so delicious. So much space for us as a Dutch family from Singapore. Nice pool, beautiful view.
