The water quality was clean; I used a travel shower head (for filtering water) and didn't see any noticeable discoloration for four days. The location is in an alley off Bisma Street, but there are shops and restaurants right at the alley entrance, making it very convenient. It's a quiet spot amidst the bustling area. The staff were enthusiastic and responded promptly. The only minor downsides are that there are only stairs, so it's not recommended for guests with mobility issues, and the shower area is open-concept, but the drainage slope isn't well-designed, leading to standing water and damp floors. I didn't take many photos of the hotel itself, so I've included a picture of the breakfast. The portion was quite generous. The bread was average, but the Indian fried noodles and smoothie bowl were delicious.

The hotel is excellent, the grounds are beautiful, cozy, and well-maintained. The room is spacious, with a large bed, plenty of storage, and everything you need. The room is clean. The linens are all fresh, unwashed, and pleasantly scented. There's a slight damp smell, but I imagine that would happen in any hotel during the rain.
The only huge drawback is the breakfast; the staff doesn't know the menu at all. During my three-day stay, I never got what was described. A sandwich and a triple toast are listed as different dishes, but in reality, they're the same thing. I asked for a chicken sandwich, but they brought one with an egg. The banana pancakes didn't include banana. They say you can order a croissant or something with your meal, but they actually bring one plate for two. If my husband and I both want a croissant, we'll probably have to split it. Apart from the breakfast, the hotel is superb.

Stayed here recently with some friends for 2 nights. Easy to check in - reception staff was really friendly. I had booked a suite. Room was really lovely and large with a huge bathroom including a bathtub and open shower. Water pressure very good. Location is excellent - with a mini mart just outside the very private driveway and easy to walk to various shops and the main road outside. Big lovely inviting pool but I didn't get to use it as it was such a short trip. Will definitely stay here again if coming back to Ubud.

We had a gorgeous room, the honeymoon suite with views even from the bathtub. Service and the free breakfast were excellent and it was a short 15 minute walk walk to the Main Street. We would definitely return. The pool was refreshing, the AC worked well too.

Centred about the centre of Jalan Bisma. Small supermarket at entrance to driveway to Alamdini on Bisma along with a very very nice restaurant “Ratatouille” on the other corner. 10 minute walk to Monkey Forest and 25 minute walk to markets. Big room, nice pool and very quiet and secluded.

The room was ok. Bathroom is huge but not very clean. The bed was hard and pillows need replacing. The pool was a short walk down the hill. The pool was in need of a good clean. Breakfast was very ordinary and you gad to order the night before. The poached eggs were terrible not sure what they did to them. Location was excellent. A short walk to restaurants and markets and great cafes.

The surrounding areas in this resort are beautiful. The room however was mouldy and had so many air fresheners it gave me a headache. When we removed them the real mouldy smell was revealed. Very unpleasant. The mould was mainly in the bathroom but also on the walls of the room as well. There was always a puddle of water around the toilet and the wall near the toilet was the most smelly and mouldy part of the bathroom. The towels smelled like mildew and mould (even new towels from room service) so we suspect that the whole place is mouldy from the humidity here. The towels are probably kept in a mouldy cupboard. Not pleasant to use and I smelled like the towels after use. We resorted to air drying before putting clothes on. The restaurant is being renovated (so lots of banging noise during the day) and they used another restaurant close by to do the breakfast. But it wasn't great. The juice and fruit are nice, the use safe ice. The eggs and toast are pretty bad, but if you get Indonesian breakfast like nasi goreng, that is good. The pool area was gorgeous. Loved it. The air conditioning is good, free WiFi is good quality.

This place was incredible. We couldn’t believe how nice it was on arrival! Best service I’ve ever received anywhere. The pool was amazing and breakfast good too. We opted to have Wayan take us on a tour of Ubud which is a must do! And we booked to go on a rafting experience with him the day after. Would 100% Recommend booking your activities and taxis with him. Hopefully we will return soon 🙂 The resort is also only a short walk into the centre and the monkey forest. But it’s also very nice and quiet!

The hotel is in a great area for you to walk around Ubud.Being a small boutique hotel with only 12 rooms it seemed to be fully booked when we were there with many nationalities.Breakfast was ok you just had to nominate what you wanted the night before from their menu.The hotel is down a small roadway just off JL Bisma which gives you a jungle feeling when looking out.The rooms are basic and were cleaned everyday by the attentive staff.I think the hotel is still coming out of the co-vid period as some maintenance is still required around the pool area and building works going on.If you are after a low cost option in easy walking distance to most things in Ubud then this place is ideal.
