Our stay at Ubud Aura Wellness Sanctuary was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, the staff offered such warm hospitality and personal attention that we immediately felt welcomed and cared for. The personal touch throughout our stay truly made this sanctuary feel special.
The sanctuary itself is a small intimate and peaceful, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, while the swimming pool area was stunning.
Location was perfect — right in the centre of Ubud and within easy walking distance of the shops, cafés, and local markets, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling calm and secluded.

Definitely recommend this sanctuary.

Very charming local hotel. The rooms are split In different buildings and each room has its own character. The crew is incredibly helpful. Breakfast to be chosen on daily basis at your requested time. Afternoon snack included, daily fresh fruit at breakfast. Full fridge at your free service and lovely goodies on arrival. The hotel is located in a very narrow dead-end alley which means it is very quiet there. Trees and koi fish in the garden, and a nice swimming pool. The rooms are big and well equipped, with a private terrace. There is a spa in the hotel area. We had a massage from Tati, which was amazing. I absolutely recommend Ubud Aura for your stay. There was even a yoga mat and big ball in the room for your practice. And the Yogabarn is in the same dead-end alley only 30 steps away.

I came to Ubud Aura Center for the floating sound meditation and ended up getting so much more. From check-in, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming—Saree especially stood out.
The space itself is beautifully done. You can feel the original Balinese structure, but it’s been thoughtfully refreshed, with koi ponds and small details that make it feel calm and intentional rather than overdone.
The room was spotless, comfortable, and clearly updated. I slept incredibly well, which says everything.

This place is an absolute sanctuary. Its a beautifully calm and tranquil oasis, set back from the road, and right next door to the yogabarn. The staff are impeccably polite, kind and helpful, amd really do make the stay as seamless as possible. The bed is super comfy, and the rooms very clean. The spa itself is lovely, and the massage with Riska amazing. The pool is stunning and perfect temp. Will 100% come back. Wont stay anywhere else in Ubud

I came back a little over a week laster because I was so impressed with the staff over all. Today I checked in and JUST LIKE TWO WEEKS AGO, The welcome was so kind and welcoming. Of course I spa treatment. I asked for Riska and she met me with a big smile. I had the Yogurt Massage and Rose Facial this time. Riska knows just the right pressure to use, she is not chatty, and her hands a warm and when she is touching the head and body, it's relaxing and she gives off relaxing and rejuvenating chi at the same time🙏🏽

I always stay here when I visit Ubud, three times sofar. It is one of my truely favourites. Feels like a home away from home, a very nice personal atmosphere due to the size of the location and the truely nice staff. They are all so lovely, kind and warm. Always smiling, give supergood service and will help you with all you need, local tip and recommondation, transport, tickets, etc. The rooms are all beautyful and very clean. The pool and dining area is so cute and relaxig. Perfectly situated in the center of Ubud, close to the nice restaurants and shops and a few steps to Yoga Barn, still superquiet and hidden behind a fence. I enjoyed the choice to have breakfast by the pool lying in a sunbed, making plans for my day and chatting with nice guests from all over the world. After some activities out I came back for Afternoon tea, a dip in the pool and continued the day out with new energy. See you next time! :-)

What can I say, this place is AMAZING! The staff are so kind and caring, they address you by name at every opportunity! The rooms are great, beautifully furnished and clean, I tried both the suite with its excellent outdoor seating area, and a superior double room which was also nicely set up but missing the outdoor area. I actually extended my stay! Make sure you book a massage at the spa, Shiskia did an amazing job with relaxing my body:) This is a perfect hotel if you are wanting easy access to the Yoga Barn (next door) and are a solo female traveller. The breakfast and lunch are both amazing. Just be aware they do not serve dinner, so you can either pop into Yoga Barn, walk up to the main road or get a Grab delivery. It is so peaceful, and a very short walk brings you to the bustling Ubud Main Street. A variety of restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarket and box shop are all within easy walking distance. The hotel is the perfect sanctuary if you want a quiet, peaceful break.Highly recommend and hope to come back! Book early as they only have 14 rooms:) Only suggestion would be to have more bottled water available, even if you charged for it.

This property holds a special place in my heart. Dear Laksmi and Desi, and all of the aura family, you are true blessings and make me feel warmth and love whenever I stay. I thank you for being the space of deep rest, rejuvenation and comfort. A place I do to restore and recollect my mind, body and spirit. This property is truly a 10/10 experience every time. I was hesitant to write a review as I don’t want to give away my hidden gem but this place deserves it. The property goes above and beyond!!!! The room comes with many inclusions!!!! Personalised welcomes.. food.. bar fridge. It is a spa, they offer the most divine massages. Close to yoga barn.. right next door!!!! I love you aura. You light up my aura

If you're looking for a place to play billiards look no further. An hour costs around 55k, the tables are in excellent condition, cues are ok. They run tournaments at least once a week - ask staff about them if you're interested.
You can buy some Australian craft beers, although it's rather expensive - 100k for small bottle.

Great cold beer, one of the best burgers in Ubud, plenty of pool tables, multiple screens for sports, super friendly and efficient staff, and host Greg who goes the extra yard to help his guests.

Went to watch EPL football and drink beer and was able to do both. Friendly service and fast. Pool tables large and small sizes charged by the time rather than the game. Also have a table tennis table but don't sit too close to this unless you enjoy drunken players retrieving their balls from under your chair. Couple of arcade video games units with a selection of classics. Also a nice selection of bar foods including vegetarian options. Draft.and bottled local beers and some very expensive imported xraft beers from BEERVANA.

Spent AFL grand final day here everyone is on Bali time working there but that’s ok , beer was cold burgers were great, heads up if your ever coming here for the grand final get here by 12 noon the place gets packed, would come back again no problem.

Drinks were so so, ordered the wedges from the snack menu and was very happy (pictured) , mate ordered the chicken Parma with wedges and wasn't happy, I got twice the food for half the price. Lol. Great atmosphere though, they have sports in background on multiple screens (footy and rugby from my visit).
