The hotel was lovely. The room had a spacious balcony, big shower and large comfy bed. The outside area was nice and clean, with a large pool, although only had a few deck chairs. The place was very quiet most of the time and wasn’t too far from the centre of Ubud. Only downsides were the rooms could do with a deep clean and a little spruce up (cracks in sink, aircon leaking sometimes etc) but they weren’t particularly dirty. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating as they moved us to a different room for a night so our aircon could be fixed. Nice place to stay for a few nights.

Rooms are very dated
The staff were super friendly and helpful, restaurant food was delicious and so was the breakfast. Pool was clean and quiet but the rooms are in desperate need of a refresh. The bathrooms in particular were covered in mould and the towels that had once been white were a dark grey.

Good. The hotel is on a quiet side street, away from the traffic, but a bit far from the center of Ubud; a scooter is necessary.

We rented a scooter through the hotel, which was in very poor condition, but the hotel staff were very helpful and replaced it immediately. The pool was nice, and the breakfast was simple. The prices were a bit high compared to what we saw elsewhere on the island, especially considering it was served on a sun lounger by the pool.

Fabulous and peaceful.
Thank you to the staff who were so attentive throughout our stay. The setting is magnificent. A special mention for our driver, whom I highly recommend.
Excellent value for money.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved the atmosphere. Everything was clean and spacious. The pool and outdoor areas are beautiful and inviting. The entire staff is always friendly and very attentive. The breakfast is ok, but not a highlight either. Nevertheless, we would definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful experience here for our 25th anniversary. The staff were wonderful and the room was a fantastic. We feel it was a real deal to get so much for such a good price. Also the food was very good and convenient when we didn’t feel like venturing into the craziness of city center to find some dinner. We would highly recommend this place to others.

The Dudek Restaurant on the property served authentic Balinese cuisine. Their vegetarian spring rolls are the best I have had anywhere. The service at the hotel was excellent. Sara in particular went above and beyond to see that everything was looked after for customer’s wishes. The pool was great. The room spacious and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
