Dwaraka The Royal Villas Hotel in Ubud

I loved my stay at Dwaraka Royal Villas. It is absolutely beautiful, the style is perfect.

There is only one thing I hope that can be improved - the shower head needs changing, it is old and doesn't look clean..In general the villas arent new but it has its charm, just that shower head is important to maintain hygiene and clean water etc.

Overall good, and the breakfast was excellent. There was some renovation noise in the morning when I checked in. The soundproofing could be better.

This hotel feels like a secret jungle hideaway, very unique, and the rooms have an exotic vibe. The rain during the wet season comes and goes very suddenly and heavily, which only adds to the atmosphere. For breakfast, you can order to your room or go to the restaurant; both are set menus. The hotel has a spa, and the massage technique was pretty good. They also have occasional themed activities you can choose to join. There's a shuttle service to Ubud center, which is only two kilometers away and not far at all. If you don't want to wait, taxis are also readily available, which is convenient.

This hotel was perfect, close to the city but also with the quietness you don't get in the center. The villas are spectacular, perfect for a couple getaway or honeymoon! The personnel was very nice and had a very nice touch for my fianceés birthday during our floating breakfast. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing place for a royal treat. Rooms are too large and staff is very helpful. For vegetarian, food will be an issue. Overall I will recommend this.

Convenient location with just 10-min drive to Ubud center. The resort provided free shuttle service, which absolutely put us at ease especially when dealing with the traffic hassle in Bali. Interior of our villa is fairly clean and well-maintained, while there're tons of ants crawling right next to our private pool (even though repellent spray was applied daily). But of course, after all, it is part of the nature and inevitable, so we do understand!
What impressed us most is the super friendly staffs. We booked a couple of activities during our stay including morning market visit, cooking class, and candle light dinner. We could feel how helpful and sincere the staffs are through every single bit of details, like treating us a bunch of traditional Balinese snacks when strolling around local market, sending us photos of the candle light dinner setting to ensure decor is what we want, helping out with washing our car, etc.
Thanks to the hospitality, the 4-day stay at Dwaraka is definitely one of our most memorable experience in Bali!!

Great hotel with lovely gardens and perfect view. Staff at the counter and restaurant are very nice and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel's design is incredibly exquisite and intricate. The ornate doors and windows, the stone carvings in the garden, and the lush tropical plants all set it apart from ordinary hotels. What's more, there's a shuttle bus to and from Ubud Palace every hour, making it incredibly easy and convenient to explore. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and friendly, always offering a greeting whenever you come and go. Complimentary afternoon tea is served daily from 3 PM to 5 PM, which is simple yet refined. Daily complimentary breakfast is à la carte, offering a wide variety of choices, and you can order as much as you like. It's far more sophisticated and delicious than a typical buffet! There are two public swimming pools: one is surrounded by lush tropical plants, and the other offers stunning rice paddy views. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

A Slice of Paradise in Ubud!

I had an amazing stay at Dwaraka The Royal Villas – everything was just spot on. The facilities were beautiful and well-maintained, with a peaceful vibe that makes you feel instantly relaxed. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay – they really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome.

And let’s talk about the breakfast – absolutely delicious! Plenty of variety and everything was fresh. Whether you’re chilling by the pool or exploring Ubud, this place is a perfect base. I’d definitely come back again. Highly recommend!
