Only downside is the cost of the Spa Massages. They were double or triple what the nearby massage parlors charged.
Shuttle service to Ubud Palace is every two hours whi h should ideally be every hour especially in the evening after 5 pm for guests to enjoy.

amazing accommodations :
- the room was clean and bed confortable,
- the AC worked really well and
- water pressure was good.
I am pointing out these because i read so many complaints about these matters when traveling in bali. At Udaya we didn’t have any problems.

Locations would be the little issue, it is a little bit far away from everything especially if you are traveling with kids and can not rent scooter. You have a transportation costs that you need to consider.
Although they do have the shuttle to ubud center which is also a good and you can just travel with Grab from there.
