I had an excellent experience staying at Sens Ubud. Got there from the airport early (around 10.30 am) and the receptionist Misi welcomed us to sit down, got welcome drinks, and surprised us with early check in before 11 am after we’re done with the tea and cake.
Everyone was so nice and accommodating, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re ever in Ubud. Walking distance to the heart of Ubud, car park, and the loveliest people I’ve met in Bali.
We will definitely come back!! Big shout out to Misi and the girls.. true balinese warmth.

Amazing stay! The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and supportive.I love their mocktail too mch (ubud sunset) and fresh juice .The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained. Being a vegetarian, I really appreciated the variety of food options available without egg. Loved everything and would surely visit again.

Management: The smell in the hotel rooms needs fixing. I don't know whether it is the cleaning products, or perhaps it's mould via the aircon. There is a chemical odour to it.
We ended up moving out early due to the smell in the rooms. When you walk in the door it hits you.
I didn't mention it to the lovely staff on leaving.
The linen could do with an major update.

This place is located in the center of Ubud. Many spots are within walking distance, although you may need to walk a bit. Most of the time, especially at night, walking is actually faster than taking a car or motorbike.
It is budget friendly compared to resort style accommodations, and the place is clean and tidy. The service was good, with welcoming and helpful staff.
Breakfast was just okay. There were not many variety options, but it was still decent and we had a pleasant stay :)

I recently spent a week at SenS hotel and I absolutely LOVED it. The bed was the comfiest bed I have had the pleasure of sleeping in for a while 🤣 I had the deepest most restorative night's sleep for a week and it was wonderful. The staff are also so beautiful, kind and attentive. Making an effort to remember you, your breakfast and coffee order and have little conversations each morning. Rooms were spacious, wardrobe really well laid out with lots of drawers and hangers. I've read a few reviews about the glass bathrooms being a little strange but that was one of my favourite features of the room. The location is also excellent and very easy to get around. Lots of things in walking distance. I also enjoyed using the ballroom and boardroom during the day when I needed some quiet time on my laptop. Gym is small but has everything you need. I'll definitely be back again. Thanks so much to SenS hotel for a great stay.

Unhygenic, unclean, and definitely not authentic prata or dosa. Yet priced like a Pizza delivered in New York City. When asked they justify the price saying it is a tourist area, hence they can charge high (read as cheat unsuspecting tourists). And the manager or owner gets into an argument about how Dosa is made. Clearly, he has no knowledge I gathered as I am a tamil eating dosas since I was born and he was trying to argue with me over how it is made. Will never visit again.
