Hotel location is perfect, near to all big malls in Thamrin area. Hotel also very clean and well decorated

Shower: flow was pulsating alternating in flow (water pressure) and hot/lukewarm.
Towels: smelly due to incomplete dryness during clearnig process
Towels: old, tired off white, fabric breaking
Breakfast: variety - it's essentially the same every day.
Breakfast: not hygienic - fruit flies swarm the fruits station, and desert. Fruits and other food not fresh looking - likely not thru proper refrigeration.
Gym: open late only from 6AM.
Taxi service: taxi station does not exist.

The staffs are friendly. However, a room with two guests is provided with only a bottle of 1L drinking water. When ask to refill the bottle, guests were told of the extra charge incurred on the refilling of a bottle of drinking water being IDR 5000.00.

I think it’s a newly renovated hotel. Hence, the place was pretty and clean but the odor from the wall paint was really strong, it’s hard to sleep and breathe. We called the receptionist to ask if we could have a change of room but they were no available rooms at that time. They offered to spray some perfume but I didn’t think it’s gonna change anything, the smell would probably be more overwhelming (scent of paint + perfume). Otherwise, everything else was nice. Room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly. It’s quite near to Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin City Mall too, but not walking distance kind of near, still need to take the cab.

The location is good and convenient. The staff were also very nice and helpful which was great.

However, the amenities were lacking. Small things were missing, like a razor was not provided in the room. The breakfast selection was also quite small and could have more variety.

It's an okay hotel for a short business trip because of the location and friendly staff, but don't expect many extra comforts.

The location is perfect. It is near both the bus terminal and the underground metro, but not too near that you are affected by the noise of traffic. The amenities are very well rounded for the price, so if you have a long stay you can still accommodate your workout routines. They have their in house bakery so you can always grab a snack. There is also a rooftop bar that lets you enjoy a night in. The staff are great and humble. This hotel has also adopted more sustainable practices and abandoned the use of plastic bottles. I had a great stay at the hotel overall. While it’s located fairly close to Grand Indonesia, it’s not quite within walking distance, so transportation is needed to get around comfortably. The lobby was cozy and inviting, though it did have a strong cultural scent that might be a bit overwhelming for some guests. One thing to note is that although the hotel spans seven floors and does have stairs, it’s equipped with only a single elevator. This sometimes caused delays, especially during peak hours, and made moving between floors a bit inconvenient.

That said, the room itself was impressively spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional customer service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel genuinely welcomed. Their friendliness and attentiveness really enhanced the experience and made a lasting impression.

It's not quite clean and you might find some bugs creeping in the toilet. Also, the soundproofing is bad that you can hear not only people talking in the corridor but the noise outside the windows.
What's worse, there is no wall socket near the bed! Hence, I can not play phone before falling asleep.

I love the attentiveness and friendliness of all the staffs here throughout my stay. They are also willing to help me with my tickets issue. Even the cheapest room is spacious and really clean. Amenities is good. didnt get to try the foods and pool though. would recommend to my friends and families if they are planning for shopping trip in jakarta as the location is quite strategic.

This place is good for you to hang out with friends. They also provide private room which can accomodate 40 peoples. Non smoking and smoking room could be find here. You could reserve the table prior of your coming.
Some of my friends said that this restaurant offers a good taste of baked rice so i chosed to order Beef black pepper with baked rice. For those of you who doesn't like spicy food, this one is really not a good choice because they put the pepper and paprika so you can feel the spicy.
But overall, the food is worth to try.
The waitress was also very helpful and very fast to serve you.

A bit pricey but have a nice decoration, cozy and instagram-able. The fried rice they make really really worth your money! It's really delicious. The noodles a bit sweet for me, but still delicious and they also always served the foods with a big portions

If you want to have a nice seafood buffet, just come here. Eat the lobster (boiled and grilled), king prawn, sashimi, plus sushi, sirloin steak, terderloin steak, several kinds of salads, duck. The resto also serve several kind of local dish. Nasi goreng kambingnya enak. ? Recommended, will come back.
